I saw Emma for a one hour massage and was pleasantly surprised that all of the 5star reviews were legit. Excellent pressure throughout, great technique and not a word about tipping as some others have said. My only complaint is that another employee barged into the room to ask a question without knocking, which was very rude and unprofessional ?. It was the best massage I've had in years so will definitely be back.

I've been looking for a place that specializes in foot massages only and stumbled upon this massage spot. A 30 minute foot massage was priced at $40, so I figured why not. They tried to upsell me to a full body but I declined.

There was a 5-10 minute wait for the masseuse to get there, which I didn't mind. Once she got there, she started immediately. Outside of making me take my toe rings off, the massage was quite relaxing and was exactly what I was looking for and was excited about the prospect of returning.

However, when I went to check out, the three ladies all gathered round and listened to our discussion. I decided to leave a tip of $9 (22.5%) and the main one laughed and translated what was happening to her colleagues and then asked me "why not increase to $10, so that it's easier". I replied that $9 was fine, and she laughed again and translated.

When you use your credit card, there's a $3 fee, so paying with cash is better. My total was $53 ($40+$9+$3), which still wasn't bad. I've seen the manager's response saying that it's not something they should be doing and that she'll address their pressuring/upselling, but as of my experience today, it doesn't seem to have changed much.

If you go, my recommendation is to go with the exact amount (for the massage and tip) in cash so that you don't have to deal with their pushiness.

I made an appointment online (because the website says appointments are required). I received both a text confirmation & an email confirmation. I got a babysitter and drove 30 minutes, only to be told that I needed to come back later because "I am working." I showed them both confirmations, and said that I couldn't come back, because I have childcare now.

A sign on the wall says to call 719-220-4286 with any complaints. I've left a voicemail, and will update my review if someone ever calls me back.

I've been to a number of walk-in-type massage businesses, and while the quality varies, I've never made a required appointment and then been told my appointment wouldn't be honored. Very disappointed.

I went in for the Massage chair, the lady upfront doesn't speak English but says they don't have a chair though it's listed there,

I went to this location for the chair because it's what I could afford and my back hurts so much

I see that 30 minutes massage is $40 which I could afford so I choose this one. The massage was good however

I came in specifically for my back pain.

I tried to communicate this but she barely spent any time in the actual pain area reason that I came in and sacrificed what little money I had left

Afterwards, it's time to pay and by my calculations I would have had $10 left to be able to eat that night.

As I am about to pay, she says Tip, I tell her the amount I can pay, and she using a translating app starts to laugh at me and says $10.

She forces me to pay this this tip even though she didn't solve the pain I came in for and I also won't get to eat tonight

and I won't get paid until Next month

I honestly felt like crying all the way home.

I know that they work their best, I wish that they wouldn't push you last minute to give a tip that you didn't budget

for not caring at all what the person is struggling with in their lives,

especially laughing as they force the tip.

This made me know I will not be returning anytime soon.

before they forced me to tip I had decided that I would come back regularly and when I had more money, I would even add more tips but now I felt cheated out of my food money and bullied and laughed at

Was looking for a massage place to go get a massage. Found this place that had pretty good reviews. Decided to try it out. I am pretty picky about who I see for a massage. If I'm not feeling great afterwards, its not a good massage. I walked in. I decided what I wanted. For some reason they had me prepay $50 for 45 minutes and then they insisted on a tip, in total I paid $73 even. I was not impressed with having to prepay. And giving a tip. I like to tip afterwards if it was a good massage. Honestly it's second to worst massage I've ever had. I hurt worse after I got done getting the massage then before I went in there, I'm never going back again. I'm so sore and nothing got any better after this experience.
I highly don't recommend them.

I’ve had excellent massages here. Rachel is the best, but the others are good also. My wife thinks it looks like a “happy ending” sort of place, so I have to frequently assure her it’s not.
