This is one of the cleanest Homewood suites I've stayed in!

Room: king bed suite. The room was super spacious and clean. I was by myself, but even with 2 people, you would have plenty of room. Bathroom was big and love having the kitchen.

Service: the front desk stay that checked me in were great. They sent a text to let me know i could reach out if I needed anything which came in handy when I forgot what time breakfast was. She responded back quickly.
Breakfast was good typical layout. They had sausage and eggs, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts etc.

Location: I was here for a wedding and the location was 20 mins out from were it. But the highway was not far and it was a straight shot. Also there are restaurants and stores close by.

My wife, Becky, loved this hotel, as this was her first stay at this newer Homewood Suites by Hilton. The room was nicer than expected and very clean!
The only downside was that the Springield city water tastes like swimming pool water, but lucky there were two complimentary bottles of water in the fridge.

One of the nicest Homewood Suites we’ve stayed in! The breakfast was excellent - the jars of dairy-free overnight oats were much appreciated, especially! Room was spacious and impeccably clean, even in areas that are sometimes missed in other hotel (edges of floor, dishwasher, under furniture). Kids loved the pool, and I loved that the pool area was large enough I could sit well away and stay dry while they splashed to their hearts’ content. We had a tiny snafu at check-in and the clerk was quick to straighten things out so our trip could get off on the right foot, too. Just a great experience top to bottom!

This was our second time staying at a Homewood Suites. Our room was clean with all the comforts of home, except the rock hard bed that seems to be the standard at Homewood. My back always aches terribly the day after staying at a Homewood Suites, so I've sworn off this brand. We selected a top floor room through the app, the hotel called me the morning of our stay asking if we would mind if they changed our room to lessen the burden on housekeeping. I agreed, but said we needed a room that would allow my husband to keep on eye on his car from our room. (It's his dream car, a Corvette convertible). She said not a problem. Got to our room and we couldn't see the parking lot, just the roof of the first floor. We didn't complain, just lived with it since it was a one night stay. The breakfast is typical low end Hilton, but the breakfast area was clean and the employee working the room very attentive. We enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor seating area in the evening.

Very safe hotel with well-lit parking. Rooms are large and bathrooms were immaculate. All the kitchen supplies you need plus an indoor pool. Couch and bed were comfy and lots of drawer and closet space. Only issue is that the tv stand is fairly close to the bed so it’s clear that the housekeeping staff didn’t vacuum the right side of the bed. We had food and crumbs on that side since it meant they’d have to lift the vacuum over the edge to clean. Front desk staff was nice and they have a good spread for breakfast.

Decent location, new hotel so that is a plus. Breakfast is typical of a Hampton inn type breakfast. Room was large and clean. Mid size indoor pool. Biggest negative was that the beds were the worst I can recall experiencing at any Hilton property and the pillows weren’t much better.

This hotel is very nice. The staff here is very friendly. There are a lot of activities here such as a pool, fitness center, basketball court, and a firepit. The rooms are very clean. There were even vacuum marks on the couch to show they were cleaned as well. The beds were comfortable. The food for breakfast was great as well. The hotel is also located in a good spot and easy to get to.

Lance Branch

This place was incredible. Best Homewood Suites I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast is next level y’all. They have overnight oats that are phenomenal! Nothing to improve on here.
