Let me start my review by saying the staff was kind, friendly and tried their best.

I drove three hours and arrived late at night for a conference. It took me 30 minutes to find parking. I tried to call several times but no one answered. I later learned it was because of the noise, as a massive concert was being held in the lobby. I will include a picture of said lobby.

When I finally found a parking spot, they could not find my reservation. I was travel weary and close to tears at this point. We had to shout at each other to be heard. Imagine a hotel lobby in the middle of a loud concert and trying to check in.

They finally gave me a different room than the one I booked. I did not get the requested king bed. They tried their best to find a quiet room, but I can still hear the concert as it’s on the second floor. It is now after 11pm.

I never, ever would have booked a room here had I known. From the outside in, it does not seem that this hotel can/should combine regular hotel guests with this type of event.
It simply does not lend itself to it.

We were visiting from DFW and stayed just one night but were impressed with this hotel. Great service, room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location with many options nearby for food. They had live music the night we went (we got in a little late so they were already finishing up). Nice modern finish out in the room. Next time we go out of town we’ll definitely consider staying at another Aloft hotel.

I rarely write reviews for hotels but felt compelled to write this one for the Aloft Little Rock West. Stay here a lot for work and absolutely love the location, the staff (shout out to Sai who goes out of his way to make us feel welcome)! But truly the staff are all kind, funny, amazing and deserve all the kudos! Accommodations are nice and clean and as a Marriott Ambassador Elite member (I stay in a LOT of hotels), I find this is one of the best! Highly recommend!

A large family group stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Several guests expressed their discontent with the staff at the front desk, not particularly welcoming and polite (particularly one or two individuals). The rooms are all the same, large, with a decent sitting area, but very minimalistic. The "open closet" is a rod with two-three hangers per room, and no additional hangers available (double room). Small set of drawers as well.
Shortly after arrival, I have asked to speak with a manager, who was not available at the time. I left a message. As mother of the groom who helped to organize the group I expected to get a phone call back. I received it on the Monday after everyone had already left...
While I understand that the set up of the rooms is standard in the Aloft hotels, all in all, I, and my guests, was not impressed by this hotel and I am not inclined to recommend it.

-i have stayed in this hotel 2X over the course of one year. The hotel is pet friendly, and the room I stayed in the second time absolutely smell of ‘wet dog’ covered up. I kept smelling the towels getting out of my shower.
-If you are noise sensitive, and smell sensitive do not stay here.
-staying in Manhattan New York, Chicago, and Beverly Hills frequently and I have never been charged a $100 incidental charge. I was pretty in shock.
-beds are comfortable
-parking is convenient
-walkable to shops

Terrible place to stop. We were on a family road trip and this place came up in my Marriott Bonvoy App and had availability. We had been on the road driving for 23 hours when we decided it was time to stop, enjoy a warm shower and a bed. The guy at the check in desk was rude. Maybe rude isn’t the proper word. Maybe lacking customer service and communication is the better way to describe it. He put us in room 217. A couple hours later we were woken up to the sounds of music where the bass was shaking the hotel room. I messaged the front desk and was informed that there was a private event going on downstairs. It was a Saturday night and there’s nothing wrong with a bit of music but that was excessive. There was no information provided about this party when I checked us in to the hotel. In fact, we learned that the front desk employee had assigned us the room directly above the party. Zack at the front desk was the polar opposite of the previous front desk employee. Zack was very accommodating, very polite and very respectful. I would never recommend staying in a hotel that had this much noise so late at night.

It’s a beautiful hotel, lots of lights and music and games and appeals to younger, stop over type of place.
We stayed here as a midway point on our road trip vacation.
We were not super impressed with the rooms. More like a college dorm than a comfortable place to rest…for us anyway.
Curtains to block off the sink and bathroom area. Although the actual toilet and shower room has a door…it’s just an open space that does not hinder sounds.
The bedside tables had usb charging they did not work. The beds are small queens. If you are looking for cushy, pillow top, and super relaxing, this is not for you. If you want to relive your college days and post here before or after the next big game…then this is the place for you. The hotel bar is open late and there are plenty of folks waiting for conversation there.
The front desk staff at night and in the AM were friendly, helpful and pleasant.

Worst hotel experience! I have added condos of what we came back to, a packed parking lot with no available spaces. We were told to park across the street with our children. A club happening we had to walk our kids through. A front desk staff that did absolutely nothing to help. We will NEVER stay here again and hope someone corporate will contact us.
