Given that this property is a 2-star hotel and what they charge for rooms, I was very happy with my stay here. The check-in/check-out process was easy, the staff very professional and courteous but most importantly, my room was very clean and the furniture and bathroom well maintained. The pool and surrounding area was very clean. My only complaint was that for a non-smoking room, it did smell like it perhaps was once a smoking room. The fridge and microwave were clean and worked fine. Lastly, the breakfast offerings were decent and consistent with what is usually offered at these class of hotels. Overall, a very clean and well maintained hotel and great value.

Not a bad place to stay for one night, but probably wouldn't want to pay the price that I did for it again. Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean, bathroom smelled a little musty. Tried to take a shower and the faucet to the shower came disconnected from the wall only being held together by some caulk. Couldn’t take a shower because the pull up piece on it wouldn’t work. Otherwise the room served its purpose.

We chose this hotel quickly as we needed a same day reservation. We were a little unsure due to some of the other reviews but once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and appears well kept from the outside and the rooms were newly remodeled, comfortable and most importantly clean. Gina at the front desk was wonderful. She was kind and helpful and even attempted to call our rooms to make sure we were happy after checking in. The breakfast in the morning could use some protein options, but overall it was a good stay!

Oh and the Mexican restaurant next door was wonderful!

We stayed here for a couple of days, we would step out for the day and come back to shower and sleep. The place was not quiet it’s very close to the main road, having the AC on does help blur the noise. The housekeeping ladies did not clean our room properly. Our toilet was dirty upon arrival and the tub was not draining properly.
Also they only clean the room every 3 days! Breakfast is very basic, bagels, muffins, cereal, waffles. We stayed here with small children and do not recommend.

Very clean and up-to-date hotel. Absolutely no complaints from me. I was in a suite and there were 2 electric stove burners which I had never seen in a hotel before and they also had cups, plates, etc. so if you were to order pizza or anything you don't gotta worry about how to serve it.

The Ramada by Wyndham Hotel in Altamonte Springs is better described as a low-budget, rundown motel.
When I booked the room, I did so with certain expectations for what I was paying for, seeing as it is a Ramada hotel. I was under the impression that this chain provides guests with fairly decent, safe, and comfortable places to stay. That has been my experience with other Ramada hotel locations in the past.
This Ramada in Altamonte Springs, however, did not just fall short of my expectations. It changed my entire outlook on the brand as a whole.
The room I stayed in was filthy. It had very outdated, cheap, damaged furniture, dark, stained carpet, dark patterned wallpaper, and a tiny bathroom that made me cringe.
I gave the "Rooms" category of this review 2-stars instead of 1 because, thankfully, I did not encounter any roaches or other living creatures, other than humans, obviously. Which is a shame that I felt the need to factor that into the equation.
However, it's very possible this is not the case in all of the guest rooms at the hotel.
I was perhaps, "lucky". It would not surprise me in the least.
The service was poor. The prices were WAY too high. I couldn't wait to leave.
If I were you, I would consider any of the other hotels that are surrounding the Ramada by Wyndham Hotel in Altamonte Springs.
You will be glad you did.
You won't have to pay much more to do so. In fact, you may end up paying close to the same rates for any of the other hotels.
Your safety, comfort, and piece of mind are worth protecting, if only for one night.

I had a great stay here. The room was updated, very clean and pest free. Gina at the front desk was very nice as were the others. Good area close to the interstate. Will definitely stay there again.
