Donna who assisted us with the sale of our house did an amazing job. She left a very good impression on me, first because she knows her job very well and second because she is able to build a very good rapport with the customer which definitely helps in a normally stressful process of the house sale. She was extremely helpful along the way of selling our house and because of this I think that we could not have found a better estate agent in Dunfermline.

Awful customer services - arranged a viewing at a property and no one showed up. Called the head office and was told someone would call me straight back which never happened. Went online and found that the property had already been sold STC. If this is the way you do business then I think lessons in customer services and communication are required.

Arranged a viewing which went well and Carol was lovely! But to find a property marketed as a 4 bedroom and turns out to be 3 and a diningroom ( glass door) is not really good practice ?.
