Dr. Massa and his entire staff are wonderful. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and actually remembers what you say. He has an amazing staff who go over and above. My husband and I feel lucky to have found him.

Have never had a doctor in my life treat me the way this one did! Condescending, flat out will not take the time to listen! Talked at me like I didn't know my own mind about medication. Actually yelled at me stating he was the doctor and knew best then said he had to check the computer. Left he room came back a few minutes later and said I'd probably never taken this kind of antibiotic before and rolled his eyes. Snapped at me again telling me to pull up the back if my shirt then s apped to p ull it higher! He said I had pneumonia and sent in several medications and chest exray to be done! I knew I didn't have pneumonia nor bronchitis as the xrays showed neither. I actually left there feeling abused!

I don't recommend Dr. Massa. He didn't listen, belittled concerns, and did his best to make me feel stupid. I explained that my husband and I were planning to start a family and asked about their role in family planning, and asked for an obgyn referral. In a very demeaning tone, he said that a gyno would "handle all of that" (as if he were disgusted by the idea of having a pregnant woman as a patient) and agreed to get me a referral but made it seem... pointless? As if I couldn't get pregnant? Or didn't need an obgyn? I don't know. To be clear, I wasn't asking him to by my gyno so there was no need for his outright aversion to wanting to discuss family planning. Additionally, I am overweight, but he made several comments about "obesity" and seemed to hyperfocus on my weight. I am not obese and have confirmed that with three other doctors now. I certainly need to lose weight, and I accept that, but this was... overboard. Lastly, the entire visit was very rushed. I'm not sure if he overbooked or just didn't care, but he was trying to get out of that room as soon as he entered. It was the strangest interaction I have EVER had with a doctor.

I drove for 45 minutes and had delays to get to appointment driving sick for the doctor to tell me to book an appointment two days later for arriving 10 minutes late. I'll definitely not be going there again. That's not someone that cares about people.
