Remax Dundee provide an excellent professional service. Ronnie helped me to market my property on all the major portals and it didn't take too long to get viewings. He organised all the viewings and was particularly helpful as I do not live in the Dundee area. He provided great advice with regards preparing my property for sale and helped me liase with the lawyers. We can't thank Leanne at RE/MAX Dundee enough for helping us sell our property, she was not only professional but also friendly and always willing to assist us. We benefitted greatly from her advice and knowledge, her expertise lead to us being able to accept an offer for our full asking price within 10 days of our property going on the market!
Leanne & RE/MAX were able to quickly organise our home report survey, professional photographs and video, our property was on the market on the main portals within 7 working day of agreeing to list with her! She was able to give us tips and advice for getting the property ready for sale, she also handled our marketing and viewings herself so she was in the best position to promote our property to potential buyers.
When it came time to arrange our conveyancers she was able to help organise this for us too!

A diligent and professional team. Prompt service and attention to detail. The team at Remax find me good tenants and then work to make sure everyone gets the best they can out of the experience. I want my properties to be taken care of but I also want my tenants to have a good home. Remax provides a professional service ensuring the tenants keep the property to a good standard while alerting me to any ongoing maintenance which might be needed and providing quality tradespeople to ensure any work which might need done is carried out quickly, to a good standard, and for a fair price.
