This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I booked a 30-minute session, but it barely lasted 20 minutes, and the service was terrible. The staff is completely unqualified—they clearly had no idea what they were doing. The massage itself was awful, and to top it off, they were aggressively asking for tips afterward, which was really unprofessional. There was no relaxation. I strongly advise avoiding WeRelax—total waste of time and money!

My first impression was not very good. I had a hard time understanding her and they made me pay first which has NEVER happened to me in another spa or salon type service. You always pay after. No big deal though I still gave them a chance. The massage started off okay, I guess. They really need a receptionist because the lady walked off several times and was answering the phone and that hasn’t happened to me ever. I didn’t like that at all. I honestly probably won’t be back. I would have gladly gave them another chance if I hadn’t overheard another lady badger someone about a tip and then the lady I had literally counted her tip in front of me and said like huh because I only gave her $4 and I honestly didn’t want to give that. I was just being nice. That’s why I won’t be back. That was the last straw for me. They should be grateful for a tip with that kind of service like that. The massage school in edmond is way better with students.

I went in not knowing what to expect so I'll share my experience. There was no wait so I was able to get a same day appointment. I was greeted, exchanged cash for selected 1 hour massage. I was escorted to the back room so it would be quiet. There wasn't any questions asked about the type of massage I wanted. There weren't any instructions about which direction to lay to start. I decided to lay face down. The only covering was a thin sheet that I'm confident was see through. The door opening was not covered completely for privacy. The massage was different than what I had received at other places but it was effective. I gave 3 stars for lack of instruction/communication and lack of complete privacy. A

I paid $60 for the one hour massage and it was 35 minutes and she goes we done. Then after I get dressed she demands a $20 tip and I was confused as to how she deserved that so I asked and then she goes $30 use atm. I tell her I’m waiting for my friend first who was also getting a massage at least 12 times before I did anything. She literally takes me in his room while he’s still naked and says here give to him? Extremely confusing, never coming back

I got a one hour massage which was $60. I gave the masseuse a 15% dollar tip because that’s all I had left in cash. They accept card but would rather you use the atm to take out cash. She complained right in front of me and walked away. I told the lady at the front that what the masseuse did was horrible customer service. She acted like she did not speak English. I don’t recommend this place and will never come again! So much for a relaxing evening ....

Cut me 15 minutes short after paying 60$ for an hour, she said she would do extra long next time even though this is my one and only time to get a massage. Then, one of the workers repeatedly asked me to take him to the casino even after I said no. Worst experience of my life. Just awful. Don’t come here.
