I went here with someone for the 1st time yesterday. The people were kind . But I think that at times maybe they didn't understand what we were communicating. The person with me told the masseuse not to use mentholated products on me . It was used on me anyway and menthol burns my skin. I asked my masseuse to wipe my neck and she thought I meant massage my neck more. But actually my neck was burning and I wanted to wipe the product off. She had a sharp nail on one of her hands that scratched and poked me. I thought at 1st she just had a rough area on her hand. But now that I have a scab in one of the areas that I was scratched I know it was a nail. It wasn't until I left that I realized that some of the areas where she rubbed bone on my bones was more hurt than I was aware. My forearm was painful to touch bellow my wrist. And as I woke up today it still hurts. The person I came with told her masseuse not to rub her feet due to her having a hx of an injury. And the woman did not listen to her she still grabbed her feet multiple times causing pain in her old injury. You can hear people talking outside of your room , and occasionally you hear cars outside. I came here due to the high star rating but boy were we let down. I do not recommend this place.

Worth the wait. They penciled me in at the last minute. Waited about half an hour for the next available appointment. Stiffness in my shoulder and neck completely gone within two days of the massage. Didn't even tell her where the pain was, they told me where it was and took the knots out. 5 star service.

This is a very great place to get a Massage. The Service there is wonderful. And all the owner & staff is so caring and welcoming to their customers. But I highly recommend you ask for service from Sammy. She is a very talented massage parlor, You can tell she is really passionate about the craft & been doing it a very, very long time. She left my muscles and body joints feeling so relaxed relieved. ? And it's coming after I had long work week of 66 hrs. Her massage left me feeling good enough to even go back to my job for another 66 hr work week. That shows how skillful & amazing Sammy is. ? If you want a true authentic and wonderful Thai massage, I recommend you go here.

Natalie is amazing. She worked muscles I never knew I had. At one point she was on the table beneath me to stretch my back! You can tell she loves what she does and wants to make you feel as restored as possible. Caveat that the facility isn’t too relaxing/calming - it’s quite noisy, the ticking clock in the room is distracting as is the phone ringing out front. It would be nice if they’d invest in some white noise to drown out the sounds.

Great place with awesome services and super kind staff! Highly recommend Natalie! She is great asking what you want to focus on and then finds the exact spots causing pain/soreness. She is very attentive to how much pressure you want which is greatly appreciated. She also incorporates stretching which leaves you feeling loose and like a new person! Definitely go and ask for Natalie, you and your body will not regret it 🙂

Would consider going here again. Good price and good massage. My only complaint is that I was in a room near the front desk and I heard everyone coming in and leaving so it wasn’t as relaxing as I would’ve liked it to be. Rooms could use more soundproofing or maybe I can get a room further away next time.

Ban Thai is a great massage experience. I definitely recommend the Thai combo it works out all the kinks! Parking is slim so I would book an earlier appointment.
