Worst massage I’ve ever gotten. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage and his experience was completely different than mine. The lady sat on him, at one point sitting by his head and massaging his lower body. Maybe my experiences are different, but I’ve never had a professional massage where the person sat on me while I was naked. If I had, I’d feel extremely uncomfortable with a stranger sitting on me while I’m naked, and he said it was weird. Even if that didn’t matter, she walked on his back while I got what was not even an ounce of pressure. It literally felt like she was just touching my skin, not rubbing my muscles. I was expecting the same treatment, a similar massage since it was a COUPLES massage. Instead I left feeling like my boyfriend wasted his money for me and he could have just gotten one himself. I can see where people have good massages here based on how his was, but mine was terrible, completely different than what he got, and I find sitting on top of a customer unprofessional. I hope everyone else doesn’t get the lady I got and if they get a couples massage, hopefully they get the same treatment as the person they go with. Or at least some communication from the masseuse so they can give you the massage you want.

I was contemplating between two and three stars, but ultimately went with two and here is why-

The 2 stars goes entirely to the deep tissue massage portion when they used the oil. Both my husband and I felt like they did a great job at this. We also felt like the staff was friendly.

However beyond that is where they start losing stars. For starters, I got this as a Groupon, when I called to make an appointment it kept going to a generic voicemail. I thought it was a scam so I ended up getting Groupon involved to resolve it and then finally got ahold of them.

Next, we got there 15 minutes early. The girl promptly started working on my husband, but my guy didn't show up until 15 minutes into the massage. The girl reassured me he would go 15 minutes extra for me. Im sure you can guess, he didn't. He stopped probably 5 minutes after my husband's girl did.
We also paid for a 30 minute facial. All this was was a packaged face mask that they set on you for like 15 minutes while they leave the room.
On the Groupon they made a point to say how customers tip on the full price and tip well. We'll, I knew this already and always tip well on good service, but it was a little weird to have that pressure, I would have tipped 20% ($50) had my guy not been late, but I still decided on $40. Anyway I go to zelle them and they flat out ask me how much im tipping and then make me show them the confirmation after I zelle them.
Overall we would not return. If the service improved and the tipping situation in the end didn't go the way it did, I would have given more stars.

Wow I booked a massage for my wife and i and we were massaged by Lilly & Wendy when I tell you this is the best massage we have EVER gotten! Super professional and sweet staff..Don’t even think about it just GO! You’re stressed and trust me you need it! Life changing we will be regulars for sure

I've had a lot of massages from a lot of different places, and they were all good. But this two-hour massage was something special. Literally the best massage I've ever had in my life. I don't think I can go back to the "hurried" one-hour massages anymore ? I'm sticking with this place from now on. I highly recommend trying this parlor, if you haven't.

Came here on the off day of our Disney trip. We were so sore and tired, but this place was very nice and we left feeling great! They were very clean and the staff was so nice. I’ll say, they WORKED on us, like full body weight, but it was much needed after days at the park. I definitely recommend!

It was a great experience and a great massage, I will not take that away from them. When we were getting ready to leave they aggressively asked if we were going to tip them. First off, I don’t mind tipping at all for great service but don’t aggressively ask me because that makes the environment awkward, pushy and uncomfortable. I could have just left, but I said they deserve a tip. When I told her how much of a tip I was giving them the energy changed negatively. Please don’t make anyone else feel uncomfortable about not giving a tip when they’ve already paid the price that your establishment charges which is probably over $90. And don’t make anyone feel bad for tipping what they want to tip. In today’s economy everything is already expensive and when people actually spend their money on themselves (self care) don’t spoil their experience by doing things like that. I would have given them 5 stars but at the end they put a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning.

What a wonderful experience. They provided such a variety of massage modes in our 60 minutes. It was a couple’s massage. Their massage duo was very accommodating, friendly and physically flexible. The receptionist was a joy to be around. I definitely recommend you make an appointment. It was exactly what we needed.
