I've been here so many times while ago, today was a new girl, after we agreed to have a body massage I informed her I have stiffness on my neck and shoulder please focus on these areas, she said ok. During the service I could easily know she is new in this field, which is absolutely fine because experienced technicians always start from new.she was doing lots of big area rub until almost the end she hadn't even touch my neck at all,I asked her nicely I have pain on my neck would you please give my neck a little more focus? She immediately said " if you want me focus on your neck and shoulder there will be extra change." I was surprised because not only I didn't get verbally informed and it's not on the price list neither. When I asked she says yes, it's on our list. I checked the price list after service there's nothing about extra charge.its so frustrating that how can you easily lie in this way. And by the way, the floor is very dirty in my service room which full of dust .I still tipped her $20 for her time, but I will never come back here anymore.

The poor reviews are 100% correct in regards to tipping. I had a 90 min massage for $70. The masseuse would not process my credit card until she received a tip over 20%. The whole experience felt like “shakedown.” I’ve been visiting his place a handful of times every year for the last 15 years, but it’s not worth the frustration.

Don't mind paying for what's fair but the tipping policy here leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Paid for a two hour massage for $90 and when I was done, tried to tip $20 but was told it's $20 per hour for a total of $40. You should put up a sign indicating that your tip policy is $20 per hour.

I rated this place only 2 stars because the owner was so disrespectful. The massage was great and I paid 45 dollars. After the massage I remembered that I had left my 15 dollar tip in the car. As I entered my car I started looking for the tip and noticed that an Asian male was standing next to my car with a bat. I lowered my window and he asked me "what happened to her tip". I didn't even hesitate and just drove off because I didn't want to cause any trouble. Don't come here unless you tip.

First, they do not respect customer and slander customer.
Secondly, their service skill just not that good.
Third, they will ask for more tips even if my tip has exceeded 30% and more.

I am not a unreasonable person, also Im a good tip client always, but their attitude towards my mother makes me have to give a very bad review to this place.

For the lady who gave me a massage today. When you talked to your boss in front of my mother, you said that I -- the fat man asked using hand chiropractic only, no elbow at all. I never said that. I only told you that the middle of my back is tight, and you need to spend more time massaging the middle. Your boss's reply to you is that you can't listen to what the customer says, it should be the masseur in charge. Such service awareness is really terrible.
Even so, you got a very high tip for you. 40%, and this bad review also. Your massage skill is only 2 of 5. My back has not been stretched and released completely. You are not suitable to be a masseur.

My mother get 90 mins of foot massage cost 50, and I gave 18 as a tip over 33% as the total price, I get a 90 mins body massage cost 70 and give 30 (43%) as the tip. Then the lady at the front desk interrogated my Mom with a straight face why her gave so much less tip than I did? How dare you interrogated a customer who five 33% as the tip just because another masseur get more tip

Let me tell you the answer. First at all, 33% is a very good tip you how dare you asking for more? Your boss's massage skill just OK, 2.5 of 5 and that's it as my Mom said. My mother has 15 years of experience as a masseuse. She has the best skills in Los Angeles. Her clients usually need to make an appointment two weeks in advance. Often give her more than 50% tips to keep them still on the list for next appointment. Even though she has retired for 8 years since my father passed away, many of her old clients have become her good friends still keep in touch. She didn't say your boss's massage skill is not good in front of your employees you should thanks god and her.

The girl didn't stop talking. They made us get the extra. When we just went for the foot. And after we were paying apparently they had a problem. With us leaving a 10$ tip. They kept o. Arguing and the cashier was forcing us to give more tips. The girl had gotten mad and left behind some curtains. It was the worst ever!

So why only 1 star when I used to be a regular? One time I brought a friend along (to whom I had been telling great things regarding this place). We had a nice, long, relaxing massage. When we went to pay, we tipped the 15%-20% that we thought was fair. To our disbelief, the person at the front desk was DISPLEASED with our gratuity amount and expressed that we should be tipping more after pointing out that they massaged for over an hour!!
