This place can be hit or miss. I’ve called for the person that massaged me before and they told me that she would be there only, to get there and have someone else. That’s shady. Please be upfront and honest. Also, can they please stop chatting with each other extremely loud. I try to relax, but it’s not possible with all the conversations.

I want to know what percentage I should tip It's a good tip if I get $30 massage and give you $10, but it makes me look like a rare animal. Before that, he laughed when I paid $20 for a $30 massage. You have to do your job properly and ask for tips. It's too brazen. I don't think I'll go again. These people are not smart. A lot of people don't know that they won't go back because of the tips.
I hope you treat your customers with a business mind. They don't know that they can't work if they lose customers because of tips.

I love this place. But there are a couple of issues. The price is right. They do a great job. I’m always pleased with their work. It could be a five star experience. But they talk too much and too loudly during the hour. They smoke right outside the doors as if that going to keep the smoke out. And at the end, after you’ve added a perfectly reasonable $10 tip, they look at you like, “That’s all you’re giving me?”

Lili is great. I asked her to walk on my back and she did, then finished off with a deep tissue massage. I did not mind giving her a $30 tip since I only paid $30 for a 1 full hour massage.

I am never coming back here again!!!!! They make you pay 1st (b4 your massage) & force tip, which wouldn't be a problem if they did a good job and were professional. They were very rude, I paid for a 30 minute massage, and only got 20 mins. And after I was done they kept barging in my space while I was changing my top. I try to not leave bad reviews, but this place was absolutely horrible. Invaded privacy, and tried to rush me out the door by continuing to come in and out of my room while I was changing repeatedly!!! Absolutely horrible! Do not come here!
