I would give 6 stars if I could!? Priscilla was the Tech that came out. I went through my Ins. company USAA to tow my 2023 Tesla Y with flat tire. In the past AAA handled my towing/ road side assistance needs and we're awful.

MA towing immediately told me a time driver would be there then Priscilla called to say she was 15 min away. I was 30 but she arranged to still meet me.

The location was remote and difficult to find and was during storms from hurricane Helena. Priscilla found it with no problem. Priscilla was well versed with the certain nuances of towing a Tesla. She was thorough and efficient. Had my vehicle on board and to tire shop within 45 min.

Priscilla provided a smooth safe ride with friendly conversation and released my vehicle from the tow truck into a parking space as of putting a child to bed. A true professional and expert in her field. What a road ?.

Organized an emergency tow through my insurance company. MA Towing gave an estimate of 90-120 minutes. Waited for 1h30m and called the driver with no response. Texted the driver - no response. After waiting almost 3 hours my insurance company called and said they were unable to contact anyone at MA Towing. If you don’t want to take the job just be professional and tell people so we can arrange other services. Obviously would not recommend and if your insurance company says they’ve hired MA Towing promptly request a different towing company.

My car’s electrical system shut down while I was in the middle of a turning lane. I called the manufacturer’s roadside assistance, and a towing company was dispatched to help me. The tow driver quickly called to confirm my location and arrived as soon as possible. He kept me updated on his ETA with several calls along the way. Once he arrived, he was knowledgeable about my car’s operating system and was able to put it in neutral despite the lack of power. He got my car onto the flatbed and took it to the dealership. Excellent service, great communication, and a reliable company.
