The entire experience at the relax room was awesome. The massage chairs were amazing, love the decor which was very soothing. Everything was super clean. Mike and Julie were lovely. I highly recommend - you feel truly relaxed.

We first experienced a zero-gravity massage chair while on vacation in Denver, and at the time I thought it was fantastic and couldn't get any better. When a Google search revealed a massage chair lounge less than an hour from home, we knew we had to try it -and I'm thrilled to say we were wrong, it CAN get better! These chairs are amazing, they're more-high tech than our first rodeo and customizable to make sure they're hitting what spots you need at the perfect pressure. It's like being massaged by 5 people at once. You can easily control the massage intensity at the touch of a button, and let me tell you we cranked those bad boys up and enjoyed every second of it. Please do yourself a favor and book a session! We certainly can't wait to go back! Bonus, they also own the ice cream shop next door and getting a delicious milkshake after our massage was *chef's kiss*. Thanks again for such a great time!

Very relaxing. They have really nice massage chairs that adjust to your height so it isn't massaging the back of your head. The chairs have many different modes including shopaholic, housewife, and more. The ceiling looks like stars and has occasional shooting stars. Definitely didn't want to leave.

I was running a few errands in North Lakeland when I decided to get a haircut at Island Style Barbershop. This is where I was informed that there was a zero gravity massage chair literally directly next to the shop. Sounded like a great idea, so I quickly informed my wife, and we made appointments for a Friday night. We took advantage of the 14 days of love for Valentine’s Day that they were running at the time for February and planned our night around receiving a massage to finish it off.

We made our way there roughly around 6:45, and greeted by the owners, & complementary drinks. they were very helpful and asked us about what areas we had any pain in or preferred light pressure. The hour went by pretty fast, as I was asleep half of the time. It was so relaxing; it felt like I wasn’t here at the moment but somewhere else. My wife also enjoyed it.

After everything was done, had a great conversation with the owners . We would definitely be coming back.

As it was my first time visiting the relaxation spa, I did not know what I was getting myself into. But the atmosphere was warm and festive, being Valentine’s Day season. As we entered the business, we were pretty confused, not knowing where we were going to be seated. However, it turned out we were in for a big surprise when we entered a secret entrance leading to a big room filled with lighting, soothing music, and, of course, chairs. We were then asked questions about pressure points and focus points for our massages. My wife and I received an hour-long massage, enjoying both the housewife mode and the renew option.

When our time was up, we were greeted by the staff with complementary drinks. I will definitely be returning; the night prior to the massage was amazing. My wife and I are thinking about getting a membership. One thing to know: definitely wear socks. My wife did not have any at the time, but we were quickly given some from the staff.

100% you need to go here. The Owners are very nice & professional. The chair is sooo relaxing! It was a great massage. I love the zero gravity. It feels like you're floating. The music is top notch. I need that Playlist! This is my new spot.the owners ate so nice. They are top notch customer service.

Oh wow! Lakeland's hidden GEM! Who knew a chair could make someone feel so good?! It was like being massaged by 3 people at once. The various programs use a combination of features to give you an actual zero gravity experience. AND the ambiance is unmatched!! The star-lit ceiling and chill music were perfect for that "out of this world" experience. Special thanks to Julie for really taking care of me! 10/10 would highly recommend (and after you're finished, be sure to stop at the ice cream store a few doors down! ?)!

This is an experience you won't regret. They were attentive to detail and didn't miss a beat when it came to pure relaxation. I honestly prefer this over a personal masseuse, not a huge fan of people touching me. The ambience is perfect. Phenomenal owners/staff. This is something you can do solo, on a date or with a group of friends. Highly recommend!
