I recently received a deep tissue message and cupping service at Zen Reflections. Tiana was absolutely AMAZING! I was in a car accident a few years ago which has caused me to have constant neck and back pain. She listened to my needs and was spot on with my treatment! I felt a million times better after. She was very friendly, funny, and down to earth! She truly loves what she does! I will definitely come back! I highly recommend!

Tiana was absolutely great and treated me like an old friend. This was the first massage where I actually fell asleep. Will definitely go back the next time I am in town but, if you are local, I encourage you to make an appointment soonest!

Can I give Tiana Long 10-stars!?!? Best massage I have ever had in my entire life! I have too many issues to list…but even upon my very first encounter, just by looking at me, she was keen enough to pick up on so many of my underlying issues. She tailored my entire massage experience around ME! That is what sets Tiana Long apart from any other massage therapist I have ever met. I can sincerely say that she is one of the most genuine people that exists today. Her level of expertise was impressive and she has the skill of someone that has mastered their trade.
