This was one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had, and I have done a few in my life!!! Nataly was absolutely great, very professional, checking in about room temperature here and there, giving minimal information about what she was about to do and why, with few targeted phrases. She made the experience a bit of a journey into my body, very interesting!Her touch was experienced and attentive, I was just really impressed at every single step. I think I had a level of emotional release as well after it!! It was my first time at the Relaxation Zone and I was not disappointed. I will definitely return.

If you're looking for a rejuvenating massage, this is the place to go! ?

I recently experienced an incredible Thai back massage, and I can't recommend it enough! Supa's attention to detail was outstanding! She took the time to understand my preferred pressure, and the massage was tailored perfectly. I'm officially a loyal customer—I won't go to anyone else now that I've found her magic touch!

I had the most amazing 60 min deep tissue massage. I have had a sore neck and shoulder for a long time and Supa did an incredible job working on the muscles. It was relaxing and also felt very therapeutic. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service and a lovely all over massage that made my achey body feel much better (after a years professional gardening).

Thoroughly reccomend Relaxation Zone and am planning to visit them again soon, to have further work on a neck/shoulder issue.

Just the best massage I’ve had in Brighton , I had a really bad recurring neck and upper back pain from stress and I went here to get some treatment as it was really painful and she made this better. I’ve been to other places in Brighton that don’t achieve the same results like they do here. Happy Customer here and happy to give 5 stars ?

Second visit to this place at their new shop. I was very impressed with their heated bed. Never have I been to a place with a heated bed in winter. Double thumbs up for that detail for client comfort. I am one for a very firm massage but I noted medium on the form(which I'll make sure to choose firm next time) and I got deep tissue massage again and my masseuse did a great job on my shoulders but I guess my gluten muscles were too tense and I think I might need a brute to get a proper deep tissue workout on those muscles.

1st visit -I have been suffering from shoulder pain and she paid extra attention to that area. The environment was perfect and I felt comfortable, warm enough and fully enjoyed my 1 hour deep tissue massage.

I was lucky to receive a gift card for a 1h Thai fusion massage with Supa and it was amazing. She was very considerate and the room is super cozy. Highly recommend !
