I tried three different programs in total, as I felt deep relaxation the first time and wanted to explore deeper states of introspection. They offer programs where your brain is guided into states of deep meditation and self-reflection. It was incredible, and l've never experienced anything like it before. The technology is fascinating, and the whole atmosphere is special! I also loved the possibility to take notes after the session while having a cup of tea.

I visited Resonance spontaneously during a trip to New York after receiving a recommendation by a friend who knows the team behind the studio. I booked a 60 minute session which only felt like 30 as I enjoyed it a lot. It was an intense but very pleasant journey stimulated by visuals, sounds and vibrations. Reminded me of scuba diving as you float in a completely separated world for some time. Look forward to coming back!

Wow - this was amazing! Honestly so transformative! I didn’t know what to expect from the sound, light, and vibration therapy session at Resonance, but I was intrigued by the idea and honestly open to trying anything to support my overactive nervous system. The session was better than I could have imagined! The atmosphere overall was calming and I absolutely LOVED the soothing sounds and mesmerizing lights during my session. As someone with ADHD who often struggles with focus and restlessness, I was pleasantly surprised by how the session helped me feel calm and relaxed and finally able to hear my own thoughts. At times, I felt like I was dreaming or floating on my back in the ocean waves. It was peaceful and also so powerful at the same time. Maybe one of the deepest meditation experiences of my life! I came away feeling like I had some major revelations for my own healing. Can't wait to do this again!!! This place is a pop-up in NYC, so I recommend trying it while you can!

I recently booked a 60-minute session and it was an incredibly powerful and introspective experience. With years of talk therapy, and through my own personal healing journey, I was looking for other ways to address things and I was really curious about Resonance. The session began in a tranquil and beautifully designed space, setting the stage with a visually stunning meditation that immediately eased me into a healing mindset. This session was personally beneficial for managing my stress and anxiety. It felt like a more proactive approach to releasing stored anxieties and past relationship issues, making it profoundly effective. The combination of sound, vibration, and light therapy was incredible and it truly created a cohesive healing journey in a compassionate environment. The entire hour experience felt like a swift 20 minutes, leaving my body and mind deeply relieved and refreshed. I highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking an unforgettable time!

An absolutely amazing experience. My mind gets easily stuck in “work mode” on a day to day basis and, working within the wellness industry, I thought I had tried everything to bring peace to my mind. That is until I tried a session at Resonance. After my session, I instantly felt at ease and this feeling lasted for over a week! This really works to helped to bring a sense of peace to me that I didn't even believe possible. Meghan did a great job of breaking down what to expect in the session and helped to educate me on this session before and after. Overall, such an incredible experience that I look forward to doing again!

Absolutely beautiful and grounding experience that I would more than highly recommend to EVERYONE! Since young, I have had many traumatic experiences and as of recently they started to weigh on my psyche and mental health. With just one 1-hour session, I was able to effectively find the roots of my clouded mind, which in turn helped me to find a sense of calm and mental clarity that I have not experienced in quite a long time. I am now 1 week after my first session, and I feel the tranquility as if I my session was yesterday!

Resonance has the soundest approach to wellbeing I have seen or experienced and I hope that everyone gets to experience this everywhere in the world 🙂

Resonance is AMAZING! I went with a pretty foggy mindset and drained of energy from long weeks of travel. I participated in a 30 minute session and…. WOW. I can’t really explain what i experienced as I felt like I was dreaming but at the end of my session I felt reenergized, more focused, and an abundance of happiness consumed me. I felt stress free!! The staff was so kind and explained the session in great detail.

Such an amazing experience. I first tried the 30 minute session and felt so relaxed and refreshed that I went back the next day to do an hour session (highly recommended either option). I struggle with floaters in my eyes when I’m tired or stressed, and since my sessions my vision has been completely clear! It was the most centered and calm I’ve felt in years. I will for sure be going back next time I’m in NYC.
