My first massage with DUMBO Wellness and I’m very impressed. Casandra is very sweet and was able to focus in on my trouble areas so well. I appreciate the type of massage where portions of the focus were on pressure points and alignment. The atmosphere was calming and I felt very comfortable throughout. My neck, shoulders, back, and feet are feeling incredible and I’m looking forward to another session in the near future 🙂

The only con (and really it wasn’t even a true con) I would note is phone communication with the office. I wanted to be able to call and speak with the office via phone regarding little things such as how to use giftcards or letting the team know my ETA, but honestly they are quick to return calls or respond to texts so it really didn’t bother me much. Just something to note.

Siobhan is wonderful at what she does! We went through in detail before she began the massage any issues I may be having and what I wanted to focus on. She checked in with me on pressure etc. while she was working on me and had some great advice at the end. Starting with a plan we had talked through ended with a great massage. I left feeling so much better and even better the next day. The facilities are clean and modern and calming.

I absolutely love Dumbo Wellness and have been coming here for years. All of their massage therapists are excellent but I’ve seen Siobhan the most frequently. She’s attentive, listens to your needs, and goes deep on the areas she finds are holding tension. She also talks to you about suggestions like posture, therapy ball exercises, self massage, acupuncture referrals, etc. to correct long term pain. She’s also done cupping for me and prenatal massages!
