Absolutely fantastic! I’ve been to two other massage places in Lakeland but Essentials beats them both. The facilities were clean and the staff made the check in process quick and easy. Jacqueline was my masseuse and she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. She’s amazing at what she does. I left my appointment feeling weightless and totally relaxed. I’ll definitely be rescheduling soon.

My husband and I visited this spa for our anniversary and were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. However, our experience with the massages left us a bit confused. The sessions felt rushed, and the amount of oil used was overwhelming. I started my massage after my husband, but I finished first, which felt off in terms of timing.

While the staff was very attentive, and we appreciated their care, we did not receive all the services that were supposed to be included in our package. After bringing this to the manager’s attention, she kindly called the owner, and we were given a $5 discount, which was appreciated.

Overall, the customer service was wonderful, but we think the massage experience could benefit from a better flow. Given we drove an hour to get there, we’re uncertain if we’ll visit this location again.

We had the couples experience with Jeffrey & Jacqueline. Even with us running behind they were very welcoming! The massage was not rushed and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Great hospitality, the strawberry and wine experience was a plus, and the cleanliness of the establishment set everything off. Will definitely visit again the next time we’re in town.

The best spa in Lakeland! The ambience and general atmosphere is lovely, the staff is friendly, and the massages are fabulous. Marisa is my girl! I've been to about 5-6 different places around town, looking for the perfect massage therapist. I found it with Marisa. I suffer from severe neck and shoulder pain and she always helps. I walk out of Essentials feeling twice as better as I did walking in. It's become my must-have sef-care ritual.

A few months ago, I threw my back out and couldn't stand up all the way. After an adjustment with my chiropractor and a massage with Marisa, I could fully stand up by the time I left Marisa's table. That woman has magic hands and ALWAYS knows where a knot is.

The spa service was impressive as well! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and friendly and efficient service from start to finish!

My experience at essentials was fantastic! I received a custom massage and a foot massage. I had Jackie for the custom massage and she was so kind and gave me some nice tips to help me. I had Jeffery for the foot massage and he was very nice and helped me get relief from my foot pain. They both went above and beyond in my sessions and could not recommend them enough!!! Definitely coming back and worth the drive from Polk City.?
