I love coming to Adara Spa! Everyone is very helpful, pleasant and makes my experience enjoyable. Everyone speaks great English and they provide excellent services. I have gotten my eyelashes done here, and Nadia is SO good! Their manicures and pedicures are top quality!

❗️❗️❗️Dear expats, avoid this so-called salon. I absolutely do not recommend this place to visit. I have paid for 10 modeling massage sessions. My massage therapist was Pina. She was recommended to me by the owner of the salon as a first-class and attentive massage therapist.

I asked the massage therapist to be extremely careful because I have sensitive skin. What did I get in the end? I got hematomas on my body and a rash on my back. What I saw during the massage session: the oil used is unprofessional (while the salon’s website states that they use professional cosmetics - this is a lie!) and of very low quality.

This is coconut oil... for cooking "Solaris ulei de cocos". I was informed about this in the salon after the claims I made and you can see the photo of the correspondence.
Moreover, the massage therapist does not use oil from a bottle with a dispenser, she just pours it into an aroma lamp, where the oil is heated, and scoops it out with her hands.
When the oil is used up, it is simply topped up, thus the oil reservoir is not washed after each client and each subsequent client receives germs from the previous client and from the hands of the massage therapist.

This salon, which does not adhere to sanitary standards, is in disarray.
The so-called relaxation area is nothing more than just a corridor between the massage rooms, where workers walk around with towels, slippers, etc. all the time.

The masseuse smoked a lot before the massage session, so I felt an unpleasant smell... Pina does not speak English well and when I tried to explain to her so that she would not put pressure on my spine, she did not understand it. In addition, the massage therapist herself confirmed that the massage oil used is of poor quality and I should bring my own oil.
So if you want a modeling massage service, be prepared to pay full price and buy your own oil, otherwise you will get disastrous results on your skin.

To all my complaints they answered that it was my fault.

Замечательное место. Ощущение уюта и комфорта. Услуги парикмахера, косметолога, массажиста, мастера маникюра, подолога, бровиста. Результатом очень довольна. Много мультиговорящих мастеров( русский, английский, румынский, молдавский). Все гостеприимные и доброжелательные. Есть русскоязычный администратор.

Servicii din ce in ce mai slabe la preturi ridicate. Masajul Deep tissue s-a transformat in Masaj de relaxare. Ca si clienti fideli astazi am fost dezamagiti de serviciile oferite de Mari, Pina si Eka. Masajul Head/Back/ Shoulders a fost o "mangaiere" insistandu-se pe maini, cap si nicidecum spate. Dezamagiti total, mai ales ca suntem clienti fideli!
