I had originally started seeing Angela when I experienced an acute health issue that didn’t make sense and I wanted get to the bottom of it. Immediately, she tuned into it and knew exactly what needed to be done at an emotional and cellular level, but this would take inner work on my part, and I was ready for it. Angela is a phenomenal intuitive guide who uses many different modalities such as Body Intuitive, Body,Talk, Rikki, Belief Re-patterning, aspects of Chinese Medicine, and Energy Healing to explore your inner emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic worlds. Each session has been different and with Angela’s guidance, has offered me exactly what I needed based on what I was experiencing at the time. Some sessions I have had a huge breakthrough on the table, and others have been more calm, but the breakthrough comes later in the week once the energy has had time to integrate. Sometimes the session will complete as is, or sometimes she will give you practical tools to do at home after the session is over to help integrate what you shifted.

Working with Angela has allowed me to break through countess emotional and energetic blocks that I didn’t even know I had at an emotional, energetic and cellular level. I have been able to upgrade belief patterns in myself that have uncovered who I really am a the core and made me more confident in myself and feel at ease in my body. I now walk through life with a calm mind, my relationships with others are more enjoyable and I am less triggered by things. I often times don’t recognize the person that I was before working with her. My physical health issue has also subsided, which I am pleased about. I am elated that with Angela's help, I have been able to expand my awareness of my body and emotional centres so much and make these shifts. I am absolutely going to continue to work with Angela as she is a regular non-negotiable appointment in my calendar now for my health and wellbeing.
