Samantha at alive counselling welcomed me with open arms. She made me feel comfortable very quickly and offered a safe space to express my feelings and concerns. She goes above and beyond for her clients and was able to accommodate additional times to meet. She provided personal messages to follow up on sessions which I found extremely valuable. Overall, Samantha feels more like a best friend and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to start their counselling journey.

Sam has been amazing with my son!! She has worked with him to develop some practical and effective tools that he can actually access when he is getting unregulated. She is so patient and joyful. My son LOVES spending time with Sam.

My 16 year old daughter has been struggling with the mental game of her sport, anxiety , and dealing with disappointments. After one session she seems more at peace and has things to work on for the future! We have a game plan and it’s amazing! Especially coming from someone who’s been in her shoes and understands the stress that goes along with high level sports! Thank you
