Dr. Silvaggio takes her time and listens to any concern without making you feel rushed. The Dr. does not hesitate to do blood work or what ever is necessary to look into a concern.

Dr. Silvaggio is the BEST doctor I have ever had in my entire life. She is easy to talk to, incredibly thorough, beyond knowledgeable, humble and sincere. I have never felt rushed and she always listens to me completely. For the first time I feel like I am getting the care I have always wanted and improving my health because of it.
Her staff (nurses/receptionists) are also just as kind and polite.
They go out of their way to say hello and greet you with a warm smile. Her nurses are hands on and always there to help.
I cannot say enough good about Dr. Silvaggio and her staff.

Dr Silvaggio is the absolute best doctor I have ever seen. She genuinely cares about each of her patients and goes above and beyond for them. I am so happy we found her as our family doctor. I know we are in great hands.

Dr Richard Bernyk is a great young Dr. He hasn’t been in practice all that long. He has a learning curve to accomplish.
As for his staff, I wont be rude, but they do leave a lot to be desired in their attention to detail.

Dr. Silvaggio was so kind and attentive to my daughter who needed to be seen urgently. She knew how apprehensive I was going into a doctors office during covid with a little one, but she made us feel so safe and took all precautions VERY seriously. Her office was very clean and her staff were all friendly. I HIGHLY recommend her! I trust her with all of our healthcare concerns.

Poor service, no communication to let you know how long the wait will be. Waited for 35 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence at this medical clinic. Once I saw a nurse and was linked to a doctor, I was happy with the service. Things could be improved but overall not too bad - I would use again.

With an appointment, I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes to see the doctor. She is very professional and to-the-point. Pharmacy drive-through has been awesome during the COVID-19. Much improved over the past 2 - 3 years.

Love our new family doctor. She is awesome.. Pharmacy was fantastic.. Today was the first time I used the pharmacy since Covid started. They were very attentive and fast with getting the prescription ready. I recommend both Dr. Salvaggio and Pharmacy 🙂
