Katerina was amazing. I got a Tailor Made massage because my back was so stiff and painful. She has healing hands, and not only did I leave there with better mobility and feeling unblocked, she also released some stuck emotions. I will be coming back for sure.

I received a gift voucher for a massage here, and while the massage was fine, I was unable to relax because I could hear the receptionists talking in Dutch at least 10 times throughout the massage. The rooms don't have doors, only curtains, so you can hear every single time someone enters the reception and their entire exchange. Then of course you also hear when people are checking out and saying "goodbye!" very loudly. Extremely distracting and a waste of a massage...

Bernard was fantastic, very experienced, perfect pressure and excellent shiatsu technique. Got rid of all the tension in my back and shoulders, plus gave me some easy exercises to do at home to keep the aches away. The lounge is lovely, very quiet and cosy. I feel renewed and relaxed.

I came here for the first time, hoping for a relaxing massage.
Instead Katharina squeezed out all bad stuff out of my body like an almost empty tooth paste tube and i have literally never felt better after a massage <3 highly recommend and definitely will go back!

I was dissappointed that I was met by a grumpy masseuse who made no inquiry into my massage preferences and just told me to place my clothes in a hamper on the floor of the tiny curtained by doorless room. When I then informed her I had some old injuries, she seemed offended somehow that I would even mention it and did not acknowledge she would be careful. The bulgarian masseuse then proceeded to start kneading me like a piece of dough, and when I asked her to dial it down, she huffed again, walked out, and had another colleague finish the massage because she had a “softer touch”. This second lady indeed was much better, but it was still not a nice way to be treated and the opposite mentality of the “zen” atmosphere they claim to provide. Also, the doorless rooms means you definitely can hear intrusive noises when other clients come in or out.

Went here several times before. Last time I felt pretty uncomfortable with the massage therapist's physical behavior during the massage, and left a note to the company sharing this. I didn't hear back on the note, so 1 star.

I would never have booked massages for myself until I received a gift voucher for an chi. I've done 2 massages there and I've never felt as relaxed as after. Great and experienced personal, great calming atmosphere. I recommend both the healing journey and energy flow massage. I even received tips about how to stay relaxed and take care of my body. I will definitely go back !
