Disappointing Experience with Therapist "Roshni" from Aux Spa

I recently had a massage session with Roshni from Aux Spa, and it was an extremely disappointing experience on multiple levels. From the moment the session began, it was clear that Roshni lacked the skills and training necessary to deliver a quality, professional massage. Her technique was unrefined, inconsistent, and far from relaxing. Instead of easing tension, the session left me feeling more stressed and uncomfortable than before.

Moreover, Roshni's behavior during the session was highly unprofessional. She was repeatedly inattentive and seemed more interested in discussing inappropriate topics than focusing on providing the service I had paid for. What was most concerning, however, was her persistent insistence on offering "extra services" that were neither requested nor welcome. This made the entire experience incredibly uncomfortable and left me feeling disrespected.

The lack of professionalism exhibited by Roshni reflects poorly on Aux Spa. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking a session with this therapist if you are looking for a relaxing, professional, and respectful experience. It's important that spas maintain a high standard of service and client care, and unfortunately, this session fell far short of those expectations.

The person operating this account is Non courteous , rude . He /She needs to be taught manners on how to speak to people. Their business shows open till 8 pm but this person kept saying 7pm as last visit. Then why lie about the timings?

Also they take cab fees from us? Inspite of me being cordial with this person , this person who operates their WhatsApp account is a rude person.

So the so called owner replied back so I am editing my Review.

You did not say 7pm Last visit so that they finish by 8 Pm , you said nobody is available in my location so please get your facts right.

Don't use this sympathy card of family. We all work , like you work and there is something called as professionalism , if you dont know what it means probably you can read about the word.

its not the number of texts , its the WAY YOU TEXT.
You dont have manners to speak and moreover you are defending yourself rather than accepting your mistake about the miscommunication.
