My partner and I have had THE BEST experiences at Avivage! We have been meeting with Sydney and Alexandra and they are so warm and attentive. They put so much care and thought into ensuring we have an incredible experience. We always leave feeling refreshed and with a grateful state of mind. Additionally, I went specifically for lower back pain and Sydney used multiple techniques to focus on that area. My lower back felt so much better even after the first session. Highly recommend! My husband and I have been coming here for years and have a stellar experience each time. They always greet me with a calm kind atmosphere from the moment I walk in the door, and I feel more relaxed by the end than I have when going anywhere else. This place and its people are truly special. Had the peppermint essential oil massage this last time and it was very soothing and refreshing!

I first had a massage at Avivage in 2019 when I lived in St. Paul. My husband and I have since moved about 40 minutes away, but will happily make the trip. Avivage provides fantastic treatments, relaxation, and service. Their providers are wonderful. We have been and will be back. Highly recommend Avivage!

I booked a couples massage for my partner’s birthday. He works a manual labor job and struggles with back pain so he chose to have a CBD add on and I chose an essential oil massage.
Before our massage, our massage therapists discussed the service with us and were detailed in addressing our massage needs during our appointment. They checked in with us during the massage and met with us after to discuss problem areas they noticed. They also educated me on stretches and techniques I could employ at home to help my partner’s pain from work until our next appointment.
We both feel great and will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you again for the lovely experience! I will be telling my friends and family about the great team at Avivage as well!

I have been going to Avivage regularly for over a year and every massage therapist has been wonderful. The location is a beautiful house full of old world charm with nice lighting, plants, and other decor. Everyone on staff is calming, pleasant, and present. Booking is easier than any other massage business I've been to in St. Paul. Highly recommended all around.
