Betty’s Bath & Day Spa is a staple in our community, and for good reason. Tucked away in the North Valley, Betty’s is consistent in providing high quality TLC in an environment that is minimalist in design and execution.

Most recently, I booked 60 minutes all for my self in the private salt water hot tub suite. With this, you also have access to a private sauna and cold shower that make for a great rotation in promoting healthy circulation in the body. Service was and has always been great here, and there’s a boutique in the main space that offers elevated gifts worth looking at.

I called about a week or two in advanced, and they were able to quickly schedule me at the perfect time for me. This was my first spa/massage experience so I was unsure what to get, and they were very helpful and kind in helping me pick what type of massage I needed. My masseuse Victoria talked me through what was happening while also keeping the majority of the massage in silence so I could focus on the relaxing ambiance. It smells amazing in there and they play calming music. They also have great little goodies you can buy at the end such as chocolates, lotions, candles, etc. All in all I was very impressed and satisfied with my first visit there and I would love to come back 🙂

Betty's is relaxing and calming as soon as you walk in the door. The robes are cozy and soft. I had a salt scrub and deluxe herbal wrap. Both therapists were amazing. The treatments were relaxing and my skin feels incredible! My only complaint is the amount oil used for the scalp massage. The therapist used waaay too much. I washed my hair three times (the last time with a few drops of Dawn mixed with the shampoo) before it didn't feel oily/greasy. Other than that, I enjoyed every minute of my visit.

I felt relaxed and comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. I am visiting from out of town and consider myself very lucky that I was able to book a massage the same day that I called as I am sure that is most often not the case. The robe was comfy, the locker room clean and convenient, the slippers fit my little feet. Tara was my massage therapist and was very friendly but not too talkative…she answered my questions but knew when to just let me relax. Just what I needed for today!

I’ve always had such a great experience with blissful massages with different massage therapists. The only reason why 3 stars is because it’s really uncomfortable having the massage therapists unrobe you (even though they cover their view) while getting on the table and them re-robe you as you get off of the table. I would feel more comfortable if they stepped out of the room while getting on and off the table and allow me to robe myself. Fix this and it’s 5 stars!!

Love this place!! The staff are super nice, accommodating and calming. The facility is lovely, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our hot tub soaks. And have had several massages here that were all wonderful. Wish I could afford to go more often!

We started off with an hour in the hot tub. It was fantastic! Big outdoor tub with lots of chairs. There is also a sauna in the area. We will be doing this again and bringing friends. After that we headed back for a 30 min massage. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and now as an old guy, I hurt. I’ve had a lot of massages and I’ll say this may have been one of the best. I think her name was Alexis. She went to war on the pains in my back and I feel 100% better. Lots of good gifts and smelly good things. I can’t wait to go again!
