The service is exceptional, each and every single time. I love how beautiful it is in there. I've been coming for years and I don't regret it. My massage therapist is literally the best I ever had in my whole life, Sheila, and that's no exaggeration. I will follow her everywhere she goes, but aside from that the environment, experience, and front desk staff is amazing from the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out. I highly recommend to everyone 10 out of 10.

I used to absolutely love this place. The rates were reasonable, it was usually possible to schedule times that worked for me within a reasonable time frame and the staff were lovely. All of a sudden, I had the worst experience with them and now don't think I'll return when there are so many other options out there for massage. I've been a client for probably four years at this point and never once cancelled. This week, an unexpected issue came up last minute for my daughter and I needed to go to her school during the time I had a facial scheduled. I contacted them as soon as I found out and was told that I'd be charged for the full appointment and then for half the appointment for cancelling late. I was naturally shocked as I'd been a great customer for years and there was nothing I could do about having to cancel last minute so asked to cancel my remaining appointment and told them I wouldn't be back. I completely understand their policy for frequent offenders, they are trying to run a business. I'd been a great customer though. I later got a text stating they'd waived the fee. I think they knew how ridiculous they were being and appreciate that but with so many other, good options out there, I just don't think they're worth the time and effort anymore.

I was a long time customer at the other location. Returning to the new location, seeing all the new offerings like the 2 sauna, the 2 new massage chairs, and the spacious environment. It feels like an elegant upscale place with the same down to earth, friendly service. Not to mention Kaci listened to me and hit all the right areas with just the right pressure. I felt comfortable with her. And my body felt relaxed when I left.

I can’t recommend Body Ache Escape enough. From how friendly the receptionist is, to the waiting area to the massage. I have had three massages now from Shelia and she’s exceptional. She listens to adjust to the problems with my body and I’ll be continuing to get care from her in the future!

I got the best massage by Maggie here! She was so respectful, gentle, and very peaceful! I had a lot of neck pain coming in and was a bit nervous. Her trigger point massage helped to loosen me up and she gave me tips on how to remedy my stiff neck at home!

The massage therapist were very thorough and this was absolutely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. They were able to get more knots out of my back than any other place I have been and I definitely felt improved circulation. Would highly recommend!

Perfect place to stop thinking about “real life” and decompress.

The new location is awesome! For a mini “spa day,” I got to use the sauna then get a facial from Kristy. The sauna was great and easy to control the temperature/ventilation on. The shower afterward was large, private, and well-stocked.

After, the facial was super refreshing! Kristy did an amazing job explaining what she was doing and giving great suggestions to help with skin concerns. She made good recommendations for what to keep an eye on.

Overall, I had a fantastic day and got to relax and felt very refreshed coming home. Next time I’ll make sure to add a massage as well!

FABULOUS experience, all around. Easy on-line booking! I was able to score a same week appointment with an experienced therapist! Loved loved LOVED my massage therapist, Sheila. She was so friendly, attentive, attuned to my body. Excellent pressure and attention to my head and neck! She is very knowledgable and addressed all my needs. I am so grateful. Very reasonable rates. Welcoming front desk staffer and cozy waiting area. I felt right at home! I will definitely return!
