The reviews are true! The lady literally harassed me for a tip even to I gave her one. She wasn’t happy with the amount I tipped. The massage was just ok, but because of the harassment, I will never return to this establishment. Tips are optional! And if someone gives a tip, you can’t get upset because of the amount tipped. Very tacky customer service!

They don’t care about your scheduled appointment time, they opened the door and walked out while I was on the table and left the door open, they roughly wipe you down with a wet towel, then after all that they harass/guilt you about the tip when the service isn’t even up to par.

Un reliable had an appointment for 6pm get there at 545pm and lady tell me she had a walk in what's the point of making an appointment if that's what you are doing ?
