The Cornerstone team have been my champions for the last 14 months! As a trustee, I was overwhelmed when my dad passed unexpectedly and I had to take over his business of rental property assets. I was referred to Dennis Barrocas and immediately felt comfortable with his matter-of-fact communication and advice about the properties. He applied that competence and confidence to creating management agreements for our charming vintage ma-'n'-pa-owned Pasadena properties then Cornerstone employees jumped right in to repairs on the buildings and the tenancies. They’ve done everything for us from marketing the property, tenant selection and placement, collecting rent payments, repair and maintenance of the property.
