Dee is an absolutely outstanding realtor, and our time working with her was a blast. As relative newcomers to the East Texas area, we wanted to make sure we had a realtor who knows the area well, and who could help us get the best deal possible. Dee went above and beyond for us in both of those respects! She'll become a friend during your time working with her, and she'll do what good friends should always do: give you her honest, blunt feedback on the quality of various homes, locations, price points, and everything in between. She made the process a breeze from start to finish, and we're so grateful to her! I wholeheartedly recommend Dee Martin and her team for anyone looking to buy and/or sell in East Texas. Y'all give her a call!

Highly recommend Dee! She shopped with me for four years until I found the perfect home (and never gave up on me!). She is very professional, reliable, and ethical. Her team is also INCREDIBLE (shout out to Emily) and made the first-time home buying experience a breeze. I truly believe she is the best in the business.

Jonathan Martin worked with us this year to find a home. He went above and beyond our expectations. Since we had to travel a few hours to look at houses in the area, he frequently offered to go see houses we had found online. He sent us videos of them to save us the drive. Jonathan took the time to get to know us, so that he could understand what we were looking for in a home. He gave good counsel, for which we are grateful. When we ran into snags, he went the extra mile to help resolve any difficulties, including contacting the county to sort through issues. He helped in connecting us with good lenders, inspectors, and workmen. Jonathan was delightful to work with. We consider him not only an excellent real estate agent, but also a friend.

Dee Martin and her group were very professional going above and beyond our expectations. She was instrumental in our communication with the buyer, calming nerves on all sides. She advised us through a tough negotiation and was able to help all parties go forward to a smooth closing. We highly recommend Dee Martin’s agency.
