Don’t schedule your service online. The system will book you with a tech who may be off work and won’t notify you.

I scheduled a massage online. You don’t get to chose your masseuse. I got there and checked in with the desk and waited about 15 mins past my appointment time. After asking what was going on, the receptionist told me it was booked with someone who was off work. They offered times to reschedule that were hours later or different days, which I suppose was kind.. but as a newly postpartum mom who coordinated childcare for this massage, that didn’t work.

I went back to give them a second chance after making an appointment over the phone and the masseuse who I saw for a deep tissue barely applied any pressure. It was basically Swedish.

Just proceed with caution in scheduling. And as always, not every masseuse can do a decent deep tissue massage.

I have been coming to essentials for around 2 or 3 years. Today, I got Ron for my message when I tell you this man's hands our heavenly I'm not exaggerating. He was gentle yet firm, he read my body like a book and he absolutely took all of my kinks out. I went in with "the world on my shoulders" as most of us who get messages do and when he was done I was lighter, refreshed, relaxed and simply praying for his anointing to never leave his heavenly hands. I highly recommend that if you need a message, ask for Ron I promise you won't regret it!! He is worth it 100%

had my first session today with ryan and wow !!! never have i had a masseuse who listened so attentively and actually put the work in to concentrate on those stubborn areas . i felt so relaxed afterwards , a completely different experience and person afterwards . 10/10 for ryan !
