Sometimes guys need a little pampering, too. But more importantly, the team here is so caring and truly endeavour to get it right. I’ve been a client for years now. At one point I came in with a damaged toenail and the dedication to help me manage the healing process over a year has been so appreciative.

Biggest shoutout to Linh, she’s amazing. And Kat, so friendly and competent - always ready to step up when Linh’s not available. Highly recommend; there’s a reason Esthetic Retreat is always packed with happy clients. An Ancaster gem.

Rana was absolutely amazing! She was so so nice and polite, she did a FANTASTIC job on my shellac nails and toes! I got the BEST pedicure I think I've ever had!

Such a painful experience. The nail tech was so rough and made my nail bed bleed, and then put iodine on it which stung so bad. The hygiene here is also horrible. My nails turned out okay but the UV gel is much more hot on your nails than in other salons, overall just felt like I paid $70 for a torture session

I loved the service and the friendliness of both the staff and the owner. I asked for Frenchy cat eyes, and they turned out beautifully clean, elegant. Bella was kind and professional ☺️
I was in a bit of a rush with only an hour to spare since I needed to get back to my newborn, and they finished right on time. I’m really looking forward to coming back again. Thank you so much!🔥

I wish I could give higher but unfortunately, my shellac manicure started lifting at the edges the very next day and the separation has just gotten worse. These photos are just five days after the manicure.

I would have given four to five stars if I was solely giving a rating for service and friendliness of Amy who was great and took her time with my friend. Unfortunately, the esthetician I had was more on the reserved side.

Maybe I just had bad luck when it came to the shellac lifting as this is the quickest I have had issues-- I normally get at least two to three weeks with a shellac manicure before I had issues of lifting and chipping from other places.

On the upside, the regular spa pedicure colour on my toes is still looking great.

Update to provide photos of shellac manicure just 7 days in. I think because it bubbled up at the cuticle edge right from the start, parts are now peeling off instead of just lifting.
No one has contacted me from the spa though in their defence, I have not contacted them either. I know my partner's family goes there so hoping my experience is just a fluke.
Also, I saw my friend's nails that Amy did today and hers still looked good and didn't have the issues I had of lifting and bubbling at the cuticles edge.

Got nails done with Rana. She was amazing. However, I got a shellac manicure and it didn’t even last a week before the entire colour peeled off in one go. Nails are peeling very fast. Never had nail polish come off so fast. It’s been 5 days.

This is my favourite place for a pedicure! I’ve been coming here for the past 7+ years. Their attention to detail and the foot massages are wonderful. The staff are so friendly. I book an appointment and I get seated right away at the time of my appointment!
