Over the years I have done many forms of bodywork, pt, chiropractic, acupuncture, you name it! Kristina has an enormous amount of knowledge about the body and I really enjoyed how she tells you what she is doing an why every step of the way. I came to her seeking relief for my beat up shoulders due to years of sports and weightlifting, particulaly bodybuilding she not only helped to get them moving again but opened up my chest as well! Kristina was extremely thoughtful, thorough, and I loved the less is more approach she brought on the table. I am seeing wonderful results and not nearly as much pain as many other practitioners put me through in the past. I highly recommend Kristina and her services .

While typical relaxation massages are always enjoyable, Kristina's approach to pain relief is like no other specialist I've had. It's amazing how she can focus treatment on the areas of pain by working on muscles in other parts of the body. She is able to do this because she has a solid understanding of the human body and will explain why she approaches the problem areas the way she does. I highly recommend Kristina if you are looking for someone focused on relieving your pain, as the results are better than any other therapist or chiropractor I've worked with.

Kristina is an amazing massage therapist. I’m not even sure if I can call her that, because she is so much more. She was able to find areas in my body that were contributing to my neck pain that I didn’t even know hurt. If you want a new you, not just a fluff massage, Kristina is the massage therapist for you! I have been seeing her for 6 months and I only ever want to see her as my one and only massage therapist. I work in healthcare and see so many symptoms being treated, but not the root causes being addressed. Kristina addresses the root issues going on in your body and helps your body heal by her outstanding assessment skills and knowledge of the body and how it works together with its intricate details. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the body and is sensitive to you as a unique individual to make sure she helps YOU! Not just a routine massage she does for everyone, but uniquely tailored for your needs. I can't say enough about how good I feel after seeing her. I've never felt this good with any other massage therapist! She is worth every penny!

I booked an appointment at Fire and Ice Wellness because Kristina's customer reviews are full of words like knowledgeable, informative, educational, and healer. I was looking for a therapist who could help with some old and new nagging injuries. I've seen her twice and both sessions have been great. She's definitely an Anatomy and Physiology nerd. She knows the musculoskeletal system, and neural pathways very well. This allows her to diagnose complex issues sometimes involving referred pain. I highly recommend the 90 min Custom Bodywork session. Kristina diagnoses by surveying the body, then provides appropriate treatments. All while she is educating you on what she's doing and why. This is not a massage where you just receive a good massage. This is an interactive experience where the more information you provide the more tailored your session will be. It's unlike any bodywork session I've ever experienced. Kristina is not just mentally and physically gifted. She is also very personable and genuine.
Yep, she's a healer, educator, Anatomy and Physiology student, and an awesome person too.

Kristina is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Very knowledgable, compassionate, one of a kind! Miracle worker. I think she is great at all different massage techniques, but don’t waste her talent on a tranquility/putting your lotion on type, take advantage of her super power of dissolving aches and pains… well in my opinion anyways 🙂

I first went to Kristina hoping to get a deep tissue massage for my neck issues I was having at the time but I got so much more. Kristina is so knowledgeable about the body, she knew it wasnt my neck but other contribting factors. She came highly recommended but I left feeling skepticle . After my second session my neck pain was gone without touching my neck! I love her methods! Be prepared to work with her on your own healing, breathing and stretching your way to a healthy and happy body! I can't imagine ever going to anyone else, my body awareness and self healing have been incredible. Kristina is the best!
