This Spa seems to be new in the area but it’s my first time and I can say it’s by far the best spa for massages I ever been to in Brooklyn in my years of getting massages outside. Tina, the Chinese masseuse is by far the best I have encountered and her skills are so immaculate who ever visits should request her for an unforgettable experience and don’t forget to leave her a blessing. Sophia, the clerk at the front desk also is another asset to making this business successful. She is so polite, welcoming and made me feel like a valued customer. Just had THE BEST massage ever with Lily! Felt like I was in Heaven when she was massaging my neck and scalp. So good I almost fell sleep. The owners, David and Sophie, are super friendly and the place is nice and clean. 100/10 recommend this spot and really glad we finally have a spa like this in the neighborhood. Will definitely be back and sign up for a membership 🙂

I feel like a completely new person after my massage. I came in with tight, knotted shoulders and an aching lower back from long hours of sitting, but my masseuse was incredibly skilled and provided complete relief from my discomfort. She adjusted her technique and pressure based on the specific muscles she was working on. The quality of the massage, especially for the price, is unmatched. As for cleanliness, the place is spotless, and all the towels were exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and
accommodating. I’ve found my go-to spot!

The environment is excellent, and the massage therapist (Tina Zheng) is professional and responsible. Throughout the session, from the temperature to the pressure, Tina carefully considered the customer's experience, I highly recommend this place—it's the best quality massage I've had in this neighborhood, and the price is very reasonable. Honestly, their massage is so good that they could charge double the price.

I recently discovered this new, family-run massage spa, and it’s absolutely wonderful! You can tell the family that runs it genuinely cares about each guest. The spa is super clean and nicely renovated, creating the perfect relaxing atmosphere.

The team is incredibly friendly and professional, with expert masseuses skilled in all types of massages and tailor each session to fit your needs (including a sports massage that I had!). I’ve had two full-body massages here—one from a male therapist and one from a female—and both were fantastic. Each therapist was attentive, caring, and made sure I felt completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the experience.

If you’re looking for a high-quality massage with a personal touch, this place is an absolute gem! Highly recommend.

This place is nice. The massage I received literally released my headache. Jenny's hands were amazing!!! I will definitely come back. Jenny massaged my head, back and everything. And the best part is it was only $60. It's $55 if you don't have your feet done. Overall one the best massage places!!!

My wife and I visited the spa for dual massages. We loved the experience. Staff was super friendly and communicative from the time we entered and throughout the massages. My wife got a foot massage as well, and she really loved it.

Firstly, the space is tranquil, clean and David is a gem when meeting and greeting new clients. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in. I got full body massage and a foot massage and both were spectacular. I highly recommend the services at Flow.
