Came in and asked for 90 minutes which cost 100 bucks. Started at 4pm, and ended at 5:15. Another lady gave me a bottle of water and asked for tip. Gave her 20 and she said I should give her 30... won't ever come back.

Utterly disappointed! Firstly, I have never been asked to pay before I received the service but OK fine I was willing to let that slide because I wanted a massage. I’m new to Arlington so I’m trying to find places to replace my people back home so maybe this business do things a little different. I added tip a to my bill of $10. The lady looked at the slip and says $10 so small of tip. I said excuse me she repeated it and said you need to do $20! I stood there froze because I couldn’t believe she would actually tell me what I should give, Which is additional if I wanted to, I only have to pay for the service. I’m in the service industry so I understand tipping and I’m generally a good tipper because of that however I understand that I don’t have to tip and no one has to tip me, but to tell me My tip is small and t I should do 20$ is crazy! So I asked for my money back because now you’re not getting any of my money I bust my tail for! I will never be back to this place ever again.

Booked an appointment here for my ladies as a couple massage so that they wouldn't have two separate appointments. However they charged for 2 separate massage anyway. That's why I have them 3stars..a couple massage is cheaper than 2single massage.

I had a great massage with Ashley after calling and checking for same day availability. She was professional and courteous. My massage was relaxing and therapeutic while hitting targeting areas that I needed. I had a one hour massage at the posted rate of $65 shown inside the facility. I felt happy to tip after receiving such great service. 10/10 Recommend.

The Flower Relax Spa is one of the best massage I have ever had! I receive at least one massage a week from Ashley who is probably one of the best ever! She is very kind, sweet, and professional along with a great personality! I feel great after every massage. I highly recommend this spa!

I do not recommend. It was my first time for a massage. I asked for the the Swedish massage because I was told that that was the soft one. It hurt so bad I kept telling her it was hurting and she would ease up then go hard again. I felt so sick when I left and was in pain. My husband massage was good from the lady he had. So I tipped her for him. I now have a huge lump in my neck and I can’t move my neck without pain. I also have bruising. Do not go there unless you get the massage from the older lady.

I absolutely loved the massage I got from Ashley! If you are looking through these reviews, trying to decide on a new massage place to go to, stop reading and book an appointment. Not only are you going to get a great massage for a fair price but you will be getting a massage from a great person.

Great experience, I did the couples massage & it was awesome!!! Staff was nice, room was clean & soothing music was played during massage. I will definitely going back!!!
