My wife and I were first-time home sellers, and it was also our first time considering a newly constructed home. That’s a lot of “new” with big implications, and you can imagine how the dual processes felt overwhelming at times.

Gwen was amazing for us. From our initial phone screening, she was attentive in registering our needs and immediately began sending us properties in our selected areas and price range. Initially, we were not pleased with the selections and she encouraged us to go see some options in person.

It took only one day of house looking to refine our must-haves and stumble into what would become our forever home. What we didn’t realize was that we would be placing our home on the market the very next day.

Through what could have been a most chaotic and stressful period, Gwen kept us informed, on track, and level-headed in our expectations. Her wealth of knowledge and attentiveness allowed us to have peace and confidence in our decisions as the processes moved along.

At some point we searched for all the things you should do when selling/buying a home, and much to our comfort, Gwen had all the bases covered already.

She was also able to help us prioritize our activities so that we didn’t burn ourselves out trying to do everything to “help” the house sell. We did the important stuff. Our house sold quickly and within our desired price range.

We are thankful to Gwen for her services and definitely recommend her to anyone looking for peace and professionalism in the process of buying or selling their home.
