Breast cancer survivor with lymphedema. Manual lymphatic massage therapy is wonderful but not every massage therapist is certified. I stumbled across this studio on social media and scheduled an appointment. Booking an appointment was easy. The receptionist was extremely personable. The studio was very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. Shawana was amazing. Very aware and just the right amount of communication without being overly talkative. Very relaxing and definitely helped with moving the fluid for elimination. Definitely would recommend this location and Shawna is a jewel.

Healing Touch is definitely the place to go! Warm & inviting, no snootiness there! Each session is custom to your needs & what you have going on each time you come in. They give you the full amount of time hands on, unlike other places. The Studio is clean, fresh & beautiful! First time clients get a free add on enhancement! You can book online too! So easy! They have terrific therapists who really care about helping you to feel better!

The vibe was off from the door. I was referred by a friend, when I walked in I waited 15 minutes for the reception to even acknowledge me. I was completely over the experience and the treatment I received. (Update: To the owners response your reply is an example of what I am talking about. Did you read my complaint before you tried to justify it, how would you have a record of me if I didn’t get past the counter and the extremely rude receptionist)

Heather was fantastic! She listened to my concerns and truly gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, the room was relaxing, the table and bedding were very comfortable and the staff is pleasant and kind. I will definitely be back!

Sarah was delightful. She was gentle and very informative. I enjoyed her greatly. However, when I returned 2 days later for my next pre-scheduled massage, I was turned away because they scheduled it a week later than what I was informed. For that alone, I will not be returning. All I was offered was a simple, I’m sorry. No empathy displayed. Response to message below: Not sure why this response was changed from the response from three months earlier when your office admitted to your mistake and apologizing and asking me to return for a free visit to make up for a updated review, for which I did make the visit, but did not update the review because my decision and feelings still remain the same. Just wanted to clarify, especially for those customers seeking a reliable location to have their services performed where someone would value their time. Thanks

I found spa online and I needed deep tissue because my body pains was starting to get the best of me. I got a male therapist at first and I was ok with that, I figured more muscle could knock out the pain. He was indeed kind and respectful, but deep tissue is not his calling or he just wasn’t a good fit for me. I really didn’t want to be the one that complained, but I needed what I needed. I was rescheduled with Sarah later in the day and OMG…this therapist is the epitome of deep tissue massaging. I can’t wait to go back.

The massage room could be more cozy/relaxing with decor but overall it was a relaxing atmosphere. This is a new place so they will only improve from here. Kailey was great. I definitely recommend her for your massage.

Jocelyn is the best! I immediately booked again with her! I had a lot of pain from lifting and she helped release that pain!
