Spa was amazing, I used the day pass £75 for 4 hours. They have a sauna, steam room, feature shower and Jacuzzi. The pool was freezing so only went in once. There is 2 toilets to change in and 2 showers. I do recommend. Maps wont let me upload the actual pics of the pools 🙁

Maureen did my first ever facial today, she was super warm and had a relaxing aura about her that enhanced the experience. She gave me personalised skincare advice and selected some products she recommended for me. I had the 60 minute facial and would defo do it again!

Booked the afternoon tea package for my friends birthday and it really lived up to our expectations. The staff were all so accommodating and lovely. Our facials were amazing and our therapist was extremely attentive. The pool area is beautiful, the sauna, steam room and experience showers were all very relaxing and the complimentary snacks and lemon water were a nice touch. We were there from 10am - 6pm and had an amazing time, and had the place to ourselves for most of it. Out of all the London spas this is definitely the best value for money without having to compromise on anything. Though the afternoon tea was delicious and the wait staff were lovely, we were waiting an hour for it, which I think is the only area of improvement. Would highly recommend!

It's one of the best spas I've been to. Very clean and the pool area was nice and quiet when i went so it was perfect! Staff are extremely friendly and Reanna even took us all the way to the restaurant for our lunch booking so we wouldn't get lost. I had the pregnancy massage and facial from Melissa, and it was incredible. One of the best massages I've ever had and even better because they offer a special pregnancy pillow, which means you're able to lay face down with your belly safely in the hollow of the pillow. My aunt's massage was dome by Sabina and she also mentioned how good it was! A very relaxing day followed by a spa lunch. Food was tasty but we did have to wait a while even though we were the only ones dining. Would highly recommend

I had such a lovely experience a the Heavenly Spa. They were accommodating when I was booking the experience - they let me use my Spa Breaks voucher for a treatment that wasn't on the list, I got a warm greeting on arrival from the lovely ladies on reception, a nice relaxing seat by the pool and then had the best massage with Natalie. I had the pregnancy massage, my first massage since I got pregnant and the cushions meant I could lay on my front for the first time in months - such a treat. Natalie with really warm and friendly and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable and in safe hands. I had the best time and cant recommend Heavenly Spa any more highly.

Lovely quiet and relaxing spa in central London. Really appreciate the staff for squeezing me in for a massage when I emailed them as there was no availability online. They go above and beyond in this hotel. The pool is only 4 feet but it's long enough for laps. Relaxing warm jacuzzi and couple of wide loungers available around the pool.

I had such a lovely lovely time at the Heavenly Spa, we got the spa treatment with the complimentary afternoon tea. It was so lovely, they made me a separate set of sandwiches because I had a nut allergy.

My masseuse Margret was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was my first time having a massage and she mad me feel reborn. We talked about where I wanted to focus on since I play lots of instruments and she made me feel brand new again. We talk and laughed and she made me feel soo comfortable. She was firm but gentle, and very accurate and it was the best hour of my life. If you ever go, ask for her if you want a a firm and accurate massage.

I would highly recommend, I had a blast!

We opted for full spa access, lunch and two 30 minute treatments.

Three and half stars really.

Small pool which is also open to hotel guests. For the first hour we had kids and their parents dive bombing into the pool! Not the quiet nor calm we hoped for.

Only one sauna and steam room. It was quiet and so we didn’t need to wait to use either. Jacuzzi was luke warm as was the pool. Could have been warmer.

Lunch was good and the staff were helpful with our gluten free and vegan/vegetarian requests.

Facial was amazing. Body scrub was over in 20minutes and was ok.

The hotel itself has a nice vibe and the carol singers and hot chocolate station as well as mulled wine and mince pies for those visiting or staying is a really nice touch.
