The hotel was a good value with clean, comfortable beds, and hot shower. However, we chose this place because the pool/jacuzzi hours are listed on the website as 6am-10pm. The pool is actually open 9am-10pm. So disappointing if you want to use the jacuzzi before you get on the road early for a long drive.

Good hotel, breakfast is included ?Rooms were clean, but kitchen did need a bit more of cleaning when I got there. TV’s just got replaced and are great! Big parking space and shares space with another 2 hotels nearby ?

We checked in at 11:30
Do n I t request a room near the out door picnic area. There were people out until 3am playing basketball. The rooms were very clean but the beds are terrible hard and flat. The AC smelled terrible so we slept with it off. The front desk was really nice. Overall other then the beds it was ok

Positive: The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean Negative: It was a guessing game on if the elevator was going to work. Maintenance said it was the heat so I get it but it was a lot of long waits and long walks for slow moving elevators. The breakfast was free and I see why. It was not good.

I like these suites a lot. Our party had reserved connected suites but when we got to the front desk to check in they said they had to split us up in separated suites because we booked through a 3rd party; or a third party booked it and bumped us out. Whichever it was not ideal. And there was no shower soap in either suite due to ordering and delivery issues.
Regardless, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Pool and playground were open, etc
3.5 stars this time.

Very well appointed, clean, and new hotel. The suites are spacious with a view, fully equipped mini kitchen, two tvs, separate bedroom, living area, and bathroom/vanity area. For the price, we were quite impressed. We didn't get to try out their free breakfast, but the bar across the way at the adjacent Hilton was great, as was our bartender, Brittany. Will return in the future and recommend, especially for the price.

This place wasn't bad. I do agree with some of the other comments that the rooms had an interesting smell to them. I don't know if it's the type of cleaner they use, but it's not an appealing smell.
My room was clean though. I was kind of annoyed that I picked my room on the app specifically because I like being near the elevator, but when I got there they changed my room. The one staff member I dealt with was friendly.
Other than that I would say the number one pro is at. The shower was amazing. So many hotels have awful showers but this one had great pressure and great heat.
The number one con who has the gym. It's tiny and crowded and also has that smell to it.
Not my favorite homewood suites, but definitely not the worst either!
