As a foreigner visiting it was a nice experience! Just know they mostly speak Chinese here and only some Japanese. The plastic is not something I am used to, but I understand because they use a lot of oil. They give you warm towels after though. It’s definitely worth it.

My partner and I both got a very relaxing 60min full-body massage. I asked to focus on the neck stiffness and sore legs from traveling and my masseuse was on point with those. Felt totally refreshed after. Not very busy on a weekday morning and we were able to get a massage without prior reservation.

Wouldn’t recommend. Very nice staff!! BUT the beds are all covered in thin sticky plastic and it’s very distracting and uncomfortable. Also I asked for her to focus on my neck and feet and she spent the least amount of time on those parts. Could be a translation issue OR could be that I just didn’t like this style of massage BUT none of my knots were worked on and I was just sort of rubbed back and forth for 100 minutes. My masseuse was so nice but she kept getting distracted by the phone or other customers and leaving the room. I felt like other people kept coming in the room as well and there was lots of talking. ALSO there’s bright overhead lights and no eye cover and the face down head rest was very uncomfortable.
