So terrible. I’m bummed i didn’t look at reviews beforehand. I sat in the front room and just watched atrocity after atrocity happen - they didn’t honor a man’s appointment despite 2 workers standing around up front? They scoffed at another customers’ tip. When I went to pay, they tried to scam me into paying another 10 because they gave me an extra 10 mins despite me insisting I was at my 20 mins.

I do understand it’s difficult to manage a business like this but I’m really kicking myself for not looking at these reviews earlier. I wish i hadn’t given this place business

They also kept insisting on taxing the tip

I have gone to this place for a few years but the last few times were not great. I wanted a full body massage and ending with a 30 minute foot massage. They insisted I do the 30 minute foot massage in the front chairs. I know that they don’t change or clean the chairs- I did it any way. At the end of my 30 minute foot massage they were suddenly too “busy” to give me a proper 30 minute back massage- she offered a 30 minute chair massage. I declined because I can go many other places. A man came in after my friend and I and he was brought back before us. We are there for actual massages so idk what the deal is. I tip well and return for good service but I will not come back here again.

I also started asking for a female Masseusse because I had two different instances of men “accidentally” rubbing against me. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time.

Not a fan. I would rather pay spa prices

Came here for my hubby's bday and we had a wonderful experience. I used a groupon and tipped on the full amount. The staff was very friendly and skilled. The place was clean and comfy and I will definitely go back. Just a no frills good time. The massage is the perfect kind, hurts a bit during but feels great after! Oh and I got hot stones too.

My mother and I stopped in for a 60 minute foot massage. The man who looked after me was excellent, one of the best foot massages I’ve ever had. The lady who looked after my mother was mediocre, and cut her massage short by about 5 minutes as she kept leaving and coming back. The lady looking after my mother also insisted we pay cash instead of card and got quite angry at us when we tried to tip 12% instead of 20%. Needless to say, I will never visit this establishment again as I do not appreciate being yelled at or told what I must tip. Other reviews say the same and it’s obvious nothing will change, so I recommend taking your business elsewhere, or just paying the additional 20% regardless of whether you are satisfied with your service or not.

To Corrie dinkins, this shop has been open for 7+ years and it is very welcoming. I have been there for over 5 years and the price is cheap and the workers put in a lot of effort. You are plain lying and calling it a brothel because they “forced” your husband to pay cash even though that is definitely not accurate. Everyone there has an massage license and is professional and the lies you can make are disgusting and inhumane.

The person you did the foot massage for me was pretty good but the cashier was extremely rude she even throw receipts to me which I didnt expect like a 5 stars service but if she is going to act like that I suggest she could change a job. Overall good place to get a massage and good price in that area.

I was brave enough to visit this place in spite of all bad reviews. In conclusion, it was cost effective and good experience for me. My biggest concern was whether 1) they force me an absurd tip 2) service quality meets basics. I tipped 20% and they didn’t say a word and I’m very satisfied with massage. If you expect fancy spa service, it def will disappoint you. If not, this is great value service you can find in this area. Highly recommend!

Have never looked forward to a massage being over until this experience. I was assigned someone who was very incompetent, as if they hadn’t massaged before. I asked for less pressure once, then after being pinched and hurt I asked for someone else. The lady at the front desk finished my massage after she almost yelled at the guy asking him to move away. She was also very rushed and just pinched me, only with softer hands. Will not return.
