Love love love Courtney! She is hands down the best massage therapist I've ever gone to. I love that she checks in at the beginning of session and discusses what to focus on, setting the tone for the massage. Her flexibility throughout the massage makes it easy to request changes in pressure or where to focus.
She has a gift for being attuned to her clients, making it a safe place to just let go. It's so easy to chat with her because you can feel how much she truly cares. Also, the room is curated to be calming comforting, and welcoming. It's a plant lover's haven!

Most importantly, the aches and pains I felt daily have subsided. I can move with more ease and look forward to visiting this sanctuary every other week (30 minute drive). She not only can help you physically, but also mentally. Highly recommend Luma!!

She is very intuitive as to what you need however, also has a great dialogue and open communication to make sure you are getting everything you need. If I could give more stars I would! Courtney listens when I explain my small aches/pains, so she is able to tailor each massage to what I need.

She has created an atmosphere that is first class, calming and restorative. Wonderful scents, eye masks, a warm massage bed etc. But if you prefer not to have that during the session just let her know, she is always receptive and will accommodate to ensure comfort. Definitely a perfect pick for a massage therapist if you're anxious or need someone trauma informed.

I've never had a massage experience like this before, I signed up for her subscription and am hooked! So thankful for her.

As soon as you walk into the space, you just feel like you can take a deep breath and relax. Courtney does a great job addressing the areas with the issues, and the way she works doesn’t leave you having to tense up to have the area worked on. I thought I always had to hurt during my massages in order to feel the area got worked on and better afterwards because that is what I was used to…not with Courtney! I highly recommend booking!
