After receiving a few incredible massages from Kate at her previous workplace, I tracked her down (thanks Google) at her new location because she's that good! She listens to your needs and tailors her treatment accordingly. On my last visit, I was struggling with hip pain that I assumed was more joint related than muscular. Kate worked some magic, and I felt immediate relief the next day. I also appreciate that she'll take the time to answer anatomy related questions to uncover the root cause of your injury. She even recommended a stretch to prevent future strain. Best 60 mins of my week!

Kate is amazing. I’ve suffered from back pain since I was a teen and I’ve never experienced relief from it until I started seeing her. She’s highly skilled at trigger point massage and myofascial release, which has done wonders for my all-around mobility. Her office cozy and relaxing and I always enjoy chatting with her.
