I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mpro. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities.

The location is perfect, with easy access. The food price was a little bit high, but the breakfast was complimentary. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Amazing hospitality - had a group gathering for three days. Fantastic team, lovely layout of buffet, catering to the need of both veg and nonveg. Special mention to the manager, pleasingly available throughout the day and late evenings ensuring smooth functionality of the events.

Dining experience at M Pro Palace in Mysore. The overall experience was delightful, and I was particularly impressed by the excellent service that we received. we sampled a variety of dishes that were simply delicious. From the flavorful Veg Spring Rolls and Chicken Lollipops to the perfectly cooked Tandoori Chicken and more, each dish was a true delight for the taste buds. We were also pleased with the prompt and efficient service that enhanced our overall dining experience.

M Pro Palace is tourist friendly hotel well located in Mysuru.|Rooms are specious and comfortable. Food is excellent. Staff very cordial and helpfull. General Manager Mr Nirmal Singh is a hands-on person.|We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with a group of friends and their families.

It was a one of a kind experience at MPRO. We were a 20 member family staying in 8 rooms. I was expecting at least one room to have some issues but to our surprise each and every room was top notch. From the welcome drink that they served when we reached the hotel , the dinner, the breakfast and hospitality was really appreciable. The GM Nirmal Singh was there with available most of the time to see if things were taken care of. We had a great experience. We thank the staff and the GM for their hospitality.

Disappointing Experience Today"

I'm a regular here, often visiting with family and friends, but today's service was a letdown. The supervisor failed to take our order, and we had to repeatedly ask other serving staff for assistance. Despite complaining about the poor service, there was no improvement. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns.

Food quality was excellent, but the service let them down completely. Hope the management takes steps to improve their staff's attitude and service.

Will think twice before visiting again.

The restaurant has an awesome view to offer. It's beautifully decorated and lush green all over. The food is also tasty and Yogesh suggest The north Indian food is really tasty and fresh. The sweet dish offered in the end is yummy. As a sweet dish, you can have milk, puddings, ice cream, etc. It is an excellent and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this place.|Yogesh make my dinner very good
