I can’t rave enough about how sweet this family is.
They have been nothing but nice and welcoming since I’ve called them. My first experience was amazing and everyone from the front desk to the assistant to the financial advisor were very friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’d listen. They are working around my schedule for my Invisalign and are very supportive and resourceful when it comes to teaching and answering all my questions I had. If you have any doubts or concerns with your current dental office like I did then it’s time to ditch them and come to a place where professionalism is an understatement, they go above and beyond. I came to MA Dental this past summer, after being with another office for nearly 8 years. SO HAPPY I DID!! the staff is amazing; from Victor who handles the front office, insurance claims, answering phones, scheduling appointments, along with making sure to converse with patients in the waiting room. Pam is a great assistant, and is always so gentle when it comes to polishing and cleaning teeth. Dr. Assad spends more time with her patients than dentists I've had in the past, and always has the latest information on how to take care of one's teeth to ensure they stay healthy. Both of my daughters changed to her for their entire families (10 patients), and they rave about the care they receive. My youngest will be moving next month out of state, and she is sad to lose this office for her family's care, and is hoping she can find someone comparable to MA Dental in her new location.

The first thing that stands out is that the facility is incredibly cleanly and tidy. It's well kept and pleasant to be in. Besides the overall look, the procedures are wonderfully professional, straight forward; maintaining consistent communication back with amazingly hospitable staff members. They'll financially work with you and devise what they can to ensure you're economically comfortable and covered for your operations. Overall, the establishment is an excellent option to be treated for your oral hygiene needs!
