Getting a Thai massage from Kaita, is like a relaxation massage, yoga class, and therapy session all in one package. The room and entire studio has an at home feel, coupled with the calming presence of Kaita. I couldn't help but to sense great comfort and calm with her. It was my first time experiencing a Thai massage and I couldn't have asked for a better therapist to introduce me to this style of massage. She is great at listening and engaging with your conversations while simultaneously easing your mind and stretching your body. Kaita is simply amazing at what she does! The barefoot work she's doing will change your world! She's able to get really deep in the tissue and spread the pressure over a larger surface area. Which for those that deal with chronic pain is amazing and provides so much relief. So, if you haven't tried it, you should!

Kaita personalizes your session to you, with a lot of extra touches other massage therapists don’t take the time to do. It’s obvious she’s cares & loves what she does. So far have only done her therapeutic massage sessions, but I’m going to try her Thai massage next month. Will give you a review on this when it happens.

I went for my first massage with Kaita and it was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. I have anxiety and depression that have become worse due to many reasons. Katia will give you the best massage that you can possibly get and she is such a positive person, that her spirit will help you feel even better. As soon as you walk into the studio, you know you're in good hands, literally! The atmosphere is calming and comforting, and Kaita herself engages with you in a relaxing way before the massage even starts! The music is curated to fit the mood of the massage, and Kaita always knows if you prefer more or less conversation.

As for the massage, I can say she's given me the best massages I've ever gotten, hands down. She will incorporate special attention to pain points you discuss with her and really knows how to listen to your body without you needing to say anything. No matter how you're feeling going into a massage, you'll leave feeling rejuvenated and in touch with your body, and if you decide to chat with her; enlightened from her conversation! Couldn't recommend any more, great massage therapist!
