All of these comments by the manager responding are a joke. They are only interested in money, not actual customer service. Their receptionist and employees will lie to you to get you to sign up and when the “manager” tells you to call, you’ll call 2-3 times and leave messages to no avail. The “manager” will respond to you via email and double down on their deceptive business practice and then you’ll never hear from them again. Don’t waste your money on this place and NEVER sign anything with them. Their employees lie to clients to get them to sign up and when you want to use the benefits , they pull the bait and switch. Disgusting.

Highly recommend! Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Calm, comfortable atmosphere and the prices are reasonable. Definitely worth doing the membership. Book with Angela!!! I see her every month. She is the absolute best; I swear she heals me with her energy and puts love in every stroke. Thank you Angela!

⭐ Massage Bed: 5 stars
The massage bed was undoubtedly the highlight of the experience. It was probably the most comfortable massage table I’ve ever used—carefully designed to accommodate body curves, with just the right amount of softness and a soothing heater.

? Cleanliness and Atmosphere:
Thumbs up for the cleanliness and the serene atmosphere. The environment was relaxing and well-maintained, setting the stage for what we hoped would be a rejuvenating experience.

⭐ Massage: 2 stars
Unfortunately, the massage itself was far from satisfying. It felt more like being slathered in oil than receiving an actual massage. I even asked the therapist to increase the pressure, but there was no improvement—it seems that was her maximum effort. My husband, who joined me for a couple’s massage, had the same complaint. We both left feeling like we hadn’t had a massage at all, and I ended up massaging him once we got home!

? Hot Stone Add-On & Communication Issues:
Our Groupon voucher included a choice of an add-on, and we both selected the hot stone option. I also requested a facial massage at the reception desk when we checked in. However, after the therapist finished the facial massage, she claimed she thought I only wanted the facial and refused to do the hot stone. When I raised the issue at the front desk, the receptionist admitted it was a miscommunication but didn’t even apologize. Instead, she nonchalantly said, “I’m not going to charge you for the hot stone,” as if waiving the fee was a favor!

⏳ Timing:
The massage was supposed to be a full hour, but we only received 40 minutes of actual service. According to them, 5 minutes before and after are deducted for consultation and preparation. However, based on my watch, we didn’t even get the full 50 minutes—they were cutting corners. I’ve never encountered a spa that includes check-in, changing, and consultation in the total massage time!

Overall:
While the spa has potential, the staff and service quality leave much to be desired. With better-trained therapists and improved customer service, it could become a go-to place, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

You guys still have the audacity to send me invitations to purchase other products from you. I feel robbed and I will NOT do business with you ever again. Do to my work traveling I couldn’t use all the services I had accumulated with my membership and then all of the sudden I had to be relocated to other state. So I cancelled, but my one year contract was already over and I still had few sessions that had acumulated, well after my cancellation they didn’t honor my services long enough and I lost almost $600 worth of massages. So I rather go Chinatown before going with you guys!

Fantastic, would absolutely recommend to everyone. The staff is so nice and accommodating and easy to get appointments at anytime. The staff does not hound you for tips after your service, which is appreciated. It is nice and clean always and no pushy sales staff trying to get you to sign up for their packages. All and all this is a great establishment.

The massage therapist themselves are great however the front desk staff and managers are rude, unprofessional and don’t take their customer’s service seriously. I continuously called for two weeks straight to get a hold of a manager and left my number and concern with the front desk and a manager never once returned my call nor did the front desk people take my concern seriously. I will continue my annual contract but for sure will not return after that expires. You need to train your staff appropriately and teach them what customer service means.
