I had a wonderful experience here maybe a few weeks ago. James provided me a very thorough deep tissue massage to help my back, neck, and hand pain. He is careful to maintain your modesty during the session and careful to check on your pressure tolerance. He asks if you have particular problem areas and takes time to feel out the area massage into the deep layers of tissue with a combination of stretching. He can find areas that are tight that you did not realize until you feel the loosening of that spot. Not for the very sensitive people with low pain tolerance. Those may enjoy a swedish massage. But it’s a “hurts good” feeling, for those who have had deeper massages and bad knots. And that was what I needed. Once that knot is all worked out you feel sooo much better. You may have a little superficial soreness after, but so much range of motion and relief of tightness and tension. Even then, I was so relaxed and the hour passed by so fast. The tingling and pain my hands and my sciatic pain were greatly relieved.

You are charged upon arrival, which I think is fair. You pay your co-pay upfront for the doctor before treatment at check-in, so to me it is no different. They inform that
will hold the receipt until the end if you WISH to tip. No one coerced me or forced me into tipping, and the amount of care and attention to the area and the lasting relief I experienced personally made it well worth the cost of service. And I did choose to tip happily because I was pleased with the quality of service and professionalism provided by this business from the massage to the front desk.

I have recommended many to give them a try!

I am very satisfied with the masseuse here! I have frozen shoulder issues and I can't believe how much better I feel after the massage, my back doesn't hurt so much. The masseuse was very friendly, Will definitely come back again!

I heard about Total Relaxation from a friend. He told me about it because I was having trouble with my neck. I called the day before to make an appointment. When I arrived today I was greeted by Ashley. She has a very pleasant personality. I did a 90 minute deep tissue massage. My neck pain was relived and some low back pain that I didn’t realize I had. I will definitely go back to see them again. I always check to see how clean the room is and especially the restroom. This place passed my inspection no problem.

The service provided was of an unsatisfactory quality. The staff failed to provide an introduction to the masseurs, and the massage itself was not up to par. There are many other massage centers in the vicinity that I would recommend trying instead.

It is a great place for a massage! The room is clean and masseurs are friendly . They are very considerate on asking if you want a soft or hard massage. I got the combine massage and it was awesome.

I visited this place as it is close to my house for a long standing back pain.
Observations
1. The lady at the front was courteous and recommended I go for a regular one hour massage with Alice ..
2. The place is very clean and the rooms large with adjustable lighting .
The bed is very comfortable and the sheets looked very clean..
3. Alice did a great job in identifying the knots in upper and lower back and by the time, I was done, I felt much better. She used oil as needed and did not overdo it..
4. I also had a half hour session with Renee who speaks very well and is extremely knowledgeable. She did a preliminary test to see where my lower back was hurting even before she began .
5. Overall, this place is great. You will not be disappointed.
