Pauline was absolutely amazing. She has a professional attitude, but still makes you feel comfortable. This was my first professional table massage, and I would definitely recommend her to a friend. After just one appointment, my back already feels better than it did before, and on top of that she gave me a helpful tip for keeping on top of the pain before I'm able to go again. I highly recommend going to see her.

As an active runner I've come to use and depend on Massage with Pauline to help me prepare for marathons on a Pre-run Pauline works on De-stressing my muscles and relaxing my body for the taxing 26. 2 miles and on the after run she helps me get rid of Lactic acid build up, which your muscles produce during intense exercise. It's a metabolic byproduct that makes no contribution to exercise performance. It causes muscle fatigue and post-exercise muscle soreness, it is very important for me to recover as soon as possible so that I can start training for the next Marathon, without the help of Pauline I would have retired from running by now but at 53 years old and with Pauline’s help, I am not ready yet. I highly recommend Massage with Pauline to anyone who wants a good healthy change to their lives.

Please read this and know im telling only the truth. I have bulging discs in my neck and i have fibromyalgia. On top of it all i am bipolar. I am a self employed general contractor and i deal with a very high level of pain everyday. I see a dr on a regular basis and i get adjusted by my chiropractor every other week. I had almost given up on hope for relief. I had a massage today from Pauline and suddenly i see all kinds of hope. Today was the closest ive ever been to a pain free day. Absolutely amazing! Even better, when i left my stress and depression that is as bad as you can imagine everyday was on the back burner. I had a good day, a very good day. I look forward to my next visit with Pauline. DO NOT give up hope, schedule with Pauline asap. Very clean and professional office and pauline makes you feel very comfortable. I cant recommend her enough.
